The Tamunangue is a musical, theatrical and religious expression that surrounds the celebrations of San Antonio. celebrated June 13th of every year, people performs these dances and song to praise the saint and ask for favors, however the tradition is not limited to June, as the tamunangue is play if the region all year around in cultural events.
Recorded during a sister city tour from Milwaukee to the city of Carora in Lara State, Venezuela. The Visit was organized by wayatour and its affiliates.
