hey bro, love your stuff, I'm 17 and I've just been in the shoegaze thing for a few months I wanted to ask if you could tell me how to get the layers with all of the guitars to mix well. I've been producing for about 5 years now and I'm a lot more experienced for my age but I'm still trying to figure out this shoegaze stuff and the layers that come with it. I can hear the obvious macros in your beats (compression, panning etc.) but I want to know more about how you keep the track wide with a clear tone simultaneously. I'm working in Ableton, so I have decent knowledge of wideness and the CTZ method, but I need specifics. Any way you could give me a few tips?
Brother Im using a lot of wavestune plugins like S1 Imager, CLA compressors to the guitar's mix groups so I have much layers of different type amps on my guitar tracks. About drums Im using studio drummer library and I put many saturation plugins on it to get a tight sound
