Here’s another thing, I quit watching professional sports because of the kneeling during the national anthem. I’ve heard that Caitlin has been the target of several jealous players. Maybe this is the reason she has gotten 5 technical fouls, because she has quite a bit of referees attention for reasons that are not due to her actions. The refs missed two other CC "technical fouls" in other games. 1 - when CC threw her water bottle on the floor during a time out. 2 - when CC punched her fist into one of the court side chairs during a time out.
I thought that there are written guidelines on what an official can call a technical on. If they call a technical outside of the guidelines then the call can be challenged and overturned. Did the Fever file a challenge?
