btw, there is a new potential banger, called Zuoya X86. Its a 75% hall effect board with gateron switches and a software which is pretty similar to drunkdeer.
As you maybe know Zuoya GMK67 was a very very popular budget custom barebone keyboard in 2023.
at this point there is no point in reviewing any other hall effects because we all know that the Wooting has the best performance
I found one for 50 DOLLARS I haven't tried it out yet but from what I've seen or rather heard the stock sounds great also its prefoamed so I'd say its pretty good

Anyone got any thoughts on the Zuoya x86? it's like 30% of the price of a wooting in my country so if it's atleast 80% as good as a wooting I'll buy it.

It a good keyboard if you’ve never tried a good Hall effect board.
But it’s super lack luster compared to drunkdeer or literally anything else.
i have the redragon M61 and its working quite well and no delay so its either the redragon k617 has problems with its keyboard which then yall should most def get drunkdeer or the new HE keyboards that are coming out this year

Hello, I have a tofu60, and was thinking of putting the internals of this into that, but i can see the usbc port is on the left. I havent found any teardown videos, have you by any chance taken the keyboard apart and seen if the internals have the same mounting points as a a wooting (for example) apart from the usbc port being on the left? (because I know the wooting fits in a tofu case)
Sadly the mounting layout is just wrong. So you can’t put it in the tofu60
Hey, I see you have Fantech Helios II Pro, what can you say about it? I can order it for 60$ in my country, but I'm still doubting. What do you think, is it worth it? Any issues, flaws in your copy?
I really so much like the color theme of grey + yellow they did to it.
ive been maining the helios 2 for 18 weeks straight. zero issues, near flawless mouse imo.

TLDR: Get a Wooting 60 or 80. Other HE keyboards are way far away from Wooting on performance and software.

Whats the polling rate? HE would be kinda useless if the board has like 125hz or just bad polling rate.

found interest in buying the same keyboard as yours (eyooso hz61) but still hesitant since the lack of reviews, may i ask how is the keyboard now?

1.had to replace keycaps cuz they didnt translucent the rgb
2. annoying af software, u will have to figure out everything by urself, i still cant set up any lightning setting because there are some random binds that keep changing the lighting and its not possible to unbind them with the software
3. delay is way less comapring to standard red switch keyboard, worth is AF, had it compared to steelseries apex pro tkl (i did small cs2 test where i held on one keyboard A key and D on the other and after releasing it would result in small movement from which you can tell apex was a bit faster, but still, it was like 1mm movement difference and when compared it same way with mechanical keyboard it was like 1cm movement compared to the e yooso
so in conclusion, e yooso is very big upgrade from mechanical and buying apex wont make a difference you could feel
3. i have mine modded with some foam, tape etc and sound is very good for me
4. havent had any deadzones yet that i'd know of and im using it for a month now so
5. my settings are (a+d 0.1mm, w+s0.5mm, space 3mm, ctrl + shift 0.1mm activation and reset 0.5, 1+2+3 0.1mm all other keys on default
if i set w+s on 0.1mm i would accidently walk forward and backwards often
overally i'd say it was very worth it but its probably better to buy like zuoya x86 or something, thats what i'd do if i had the knowledge, even though i got used to 60% very fast

also look on your local used stuff websites cuz my brother bought the apex pro tkl for like 70usd used and it was a bit faster as i said before
Did you change th actuation point ? To 0.1 or 0. 3??
I tried both, I just felt like more delay per input than any of my other boards.

sadly no, and i heard that theya re discontinuing the board with the good switches.
@@stubbyfps raesha switches generally have smaller magnets which considering these HE boards use very pcb's the raesha switches will be more noisy and will have to have a more aggressive deadzone curve. Thats why they are discontinuing I believe, the gateron switches are just more reliable
