One thing I like about obtaining the parts of the the Song of the Hero are the dragons' movements. Whenever they sang their part, their body language represents the realm they guard. Faron: her voice and movements when singing remind me of the flowing water and its smooth surface. Eldin: his quick yet fiery gestures remind one of a gentle flame, small yet full of passion, add that with his voice and it's a beautiful piece Lanayru: his booming voice works very well with his movements because its deep tones match the sounds of thunder with a hint of dryness. His voice reminds one of booming thunder, probably why the camera shows him singing towards the sky. Levias: for a big whale, dude has a deep deep deep voice. Perhaps raising up and singing whilst fluttering his wings/find are meant to demonstrate the deep skies and their constant change. All in all, their voices and body movement reflect a story. Kinda like when Fi dances even when she's speaking or when Link gets a new song. Communication people.
The fire dragon: Eldin is my favorite because of his voice talents and because of his dialogue. Wish there was more of him. P.S. At least he gives some info on the other dragons in the world.
These three guys are so great! The "watch your manners" one, the "keep cool" one and the "play with me" one x) They're the best Zelda dragons to me! :DDD They deserve to have more fanarts and stuff about them x')
Just finished this beauty again, i didnt remember quite well this quest, it was good since all of this was nice and fresh changing my opinion on the game. I enjoy it more than TP, replay it recently on WiiU. It has a magic artistic feeling to it, superb.
Oh would you at this. All these dragons are adorned with magical gems on their foreheads. They’re ancient, humanoid dragons who also have elemental powers. I’m thinking Zonai.
Interacting fact, BotW is the only Zelda game to feature long snake-like dragons (aside from one boss fight in OoT). These human looking dragons are just what all dragons look like in this game I really like the thunder dragon in SS :)) A lot/all of the linear 3D games have regional deities like the dragons. I’m pretty sure SS in the only game where most of the deities are dragons (3/4 of them) I really like the ones in Wind Waker
@@dqixsoss7436 In that case do also think the giant dragon that looks like a whale at 5:25 is the same diety in "Link's Awakening." I saw this for the first time and immediately thought of that game.
@@Th3ba1r0n they’re the same kind of creature/species. Neither one shows up in another game but there is a third whale deity in Phabtom Hourglass. There’s a side quest in botw where you’re tasked with taking photos of three leviathan skeletons (giant whale skeletons). One in the desert, on in Elsin (volcano) and on in the icy area. These skeletons area freaking gigantic. What’s interesting tho is that the one in the desert has some tiny bones poking out it’s back as if it had tiny wings. And the volcano area on has a large bone plate across its head. They’re the skeletons of the Wind Fish and Levias (the sky whale in this video). The third whale has no real decerbable feature apart from a bone sticking out the back of the skull. Looking at the concept art book for the game tells us that this skeleton is meant to be a skeleton of a completely unseen leviathan, telling us that in the 10,000 before botw, so much other stuff has happened that just isn’t in any game and it’s some really cool worldbuilding A video talking about them: ua-cam.com/video/ZlY1ad2q5V0/v-deo.html
"Human child" Link has never ever in his whole life been a human, nor has he been in any of the other lives lol. I'll take this as a translation error.
I think the word human is mentioned in a few other games, I think I saw it recently in WW (deku tree says the koroks used to have human shape). I think it just means any race that looks human: gerudo, Hylian, Kokiri etc
C+Aawesome I disagree. Every one of the dragons' and Levia's voice(s) are unique and the best in their own way. Sure Lanayru's voice sounds throughout singing the same but so does the voice of Levia and still together they complete the Song of the Hero. (Although I wish Levia's and Lanayru's voices were to be heard better when the Song's being completed...)
You know how badass you are when you have three dragons and a whale singing your theme
6:35 this dude is such a badass that he has 3 dragons and a flying whale singing his own theme song
This is a legendary point
I just love how Link is genuinely enjoying each dragon singing despite all the shit he has to deal with
He has to enjoy those moments where he does nothing but only listen y'know
Water dragon: Soprano
Fire dragon: Alto
Wind dragon: Tenor
Sky dragon: bass
Lanayru is the Thunder Dragon, not the Wind Dragon.
Lanayru is a Thunder Dragon, and Levias is NOT a dragon at all! He's a. . .WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALE-
The song itself is a remix of the classic song. The classinc NES theme song is the "Song of the Hero!" :D I get it!
I'd say Eldin is more Tenor and Lanayru more Baritone
@@crystalsuicune2004 I'm not sure about whale but some sort of cetacean that's for damn sure
3:42
I liked how the text box said "ZINGA-DINGDING!" while Lanayru makes a sound that sounds like "Yahooooo~!"
IKR? It's XD.

I just imagined during Levias' part, all of skyloft heard it
voice so deep they heard him in termina
@@bigmeaty9000 Maybe Lorule
This was my favorite part out of the whole entire game, when all 3 dragons and Levias joined all together all sang with all of their souls
JUST LOOK HOW CUTE LINK LOOKS WHILE LISTENING TO THE DRAGONS !
He's such a precious boy.
@@They_are_Arthur He sure is.
Damn Right
He is genuinely enjoying the Dragons singing
Yeah,I wish they could've kept link being childish in the newer games instead of being emotionless
0:13 This is so amazing when Nolan unlocked "Hero Mode" in Skyward sword so we can hear The Song of the Hero again
People will be blessed with this masterpiece of music once more. Skyward Sword HD hype!
Lanayru is a good old fun loving grandpa 😃
What i love about this set of quests is that you are basically assembling the main theme of the series, YOUR theme
0:13 I feel entranced by this majestic siren of the woods
I love the fire dragon singing it's very good
Same. I search for this video to listen to it. Preparing for the launch of botw, I felt like listening to the dragon songs of skyward sword
Same when I'm mad I listen to the fire dragon and water dragons songs
His face freaks me out though.
It's a shame you only see him for that one moment in the game
The fire dragon: Eldin is my favorite because of his voice talents and because of his dialogue. Wish there was more of him. P.S. At least he gives some info on the other dragons in the world.
I wish Lanayru and Levias badass baritones could be heard in the complete version though..
They're still in their, it's just super hard to hear them because they're part of the harmony, not the melody
The final song: The Song of the Hero, (aka, The Legend of Zelda theme song) makes me cry every time I watch, as the dragons sing for Link.
These three guys are so great! The "watch your manners" one, the "keep cool" one and the "play with me" one x) They're the best Zelda dragons to me! :DDD They deserve to have more fanarts and stuff about them x')
Akai Chan You gotta be cautious ;D Faron is a girl xD
Luna Music Oh, yeah, I know it's a she xD
Help, Fi is having an epeleptic attack!
this song should be titled the birth of a legend x)
0:13 I feel attracted by this aquatic dragon siren of sea
6:05 I thought we were about to have an Axem Rangers moment.
first time I see the water dragon, I was disappointed because she's so small.,...I was so dumb
Same, I was like: I thought the dragons would be bigger... Then I was very surprised
I don't know if it's that weird side of me, but I think Faron is adorable.
Even though she's an absolute bitch?
@@Metaridley17 you said it lol
In what way
Who would not love fi's singing? I mean PERFECT SPIN THOUGH!
it brings tears listening to this because its so amazing!❤
I'm surprised how short the actual song is

2:24 Fire Dragon

So beautiful.
They.look. Amazingly cool !

Some of them look like Chinese dragons while others look like other animals like a whale or snake
LOL in the end it was like Dunna na fail!
Link getting interrupted will always be funny to me
I feel like the zonai somehow descend from the wind dragon
Who

@@The.n1_Blueboss-Wuji ohhh Lanayru? Yeah that makes sense, tho didn't zonaii came from the sky? And Lanayru's region is literally below the clouds?

All of them dragons are good singers
Water
Fire
Thunder
Air
This Link is so far one of the purest Link lol
Agreed,I wish they kept him like this in the other games
When they sing they have ancient chinese vocal :)
1:52 ITS JUST ME OR I HEAR BOTW KARIKARO VILLAGE THEME HERE????
It's soooo beautiful!!!
Holy crap! that's a Dragon!

Eldin lanayru and narisha sings similar to saint seiya song under the worl three
