Thanks, Dude 👍 Doing the preliminary work for the next big project. I'll be making a long series of vids documenting it. Not sure what the ETA on the start date is, but soon.
I knew what you meant the moment I saw the title. 😁 Music has gotten me through many night-time painting sessions, although once I get in the zone I stop hearing it. Lately my art recipe has been painting videogame fanart to synthwave. I didn't even know the genre existed until a few months ago. As an 80's retro fan it's one of the greatest things I've ever discovered.
Same here- when I get deep in the zone, I'm oblivious to everything else. 😄 The past couple of months I've been listening to some Synthwave too... Darkwave, Coldwave and Synthwave are all pretty good friends. You might like this UA-cam mix: ua-cam.com/video/WPw7nlluRdc/v-deo.html
you know, I feel induced. :p 1. this piece... amazing. as much as you grumbled about it, I think this is one of my favorites. that card and the way it stands out against his jacket. chef's kiss. 2. music... all the metal classics, Slayer Metallica Megadeth, etc... modern favorite band Mastodon. especially their album crack the skye. and some off the wall stuff... Pumpkins siamese dream, and melancholy, as well as dead milkman Stuart, deans sream and anything off if big lizard. and... what else... oh, Enya. don't judge. great video as always brother and please. keep jumping.
1. Thanks, dude! Yeah, there some parts that I like about this image and I learned some new stuff (mostly what NOT to do) but I think it just took too long... that's why I got grouchy about it. 😁 2. Your list has some good jams! Can't go wrong with the metal classics, and I really dig Crack The Sky too. Also, it's good to see you chose a deep cut like Big Lizard in my Backyard- Hey, boys, that's swordfish! 3. I'll try to keep jumping, but I've broken a lot of bones and the Powers That Be keep adding more buses between the ramps. 👍
bro i know the struggle. I've been off my production game too but live streaming has been a fun way to supplement. maybe a live art and draw kinda thing.
I've thought about streaming, but I gotta get a new camera first. You've been streaming? I'm subscribed with notifications on for your channel, but I'm not getting push notifications on your streams for some reason. 🤷♂️ I'm not even into gaming, but I'd hang out on your stream for awhile if YT would give me a heads up.
Oh man i'd love to have you there. And that's wierd because i've heard from others they aren't getting the notifications of when I'm going live, I'll have to look at how I have it set up and see if there is anything I can do to make it better.

Got to have my Mike Patton (fnm, mr bungle etc), Deftones, some Jack White, for my aggressive moods Rollins Band, Pantera.... and one that none of my friends ever expect Lana Del Ray.
Good jams! Pantera always helps me get through boring jobs for clients. Everybody should have a few bands that their friends would never expect- just means you're intelligent enough to try new/different stuff. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for doing all this great work 👍I'll try a pianting based on a title of a song now.... My tunes: Iggy Pop, QOTSA, Talking Heads, Blondie, Motorhead, Pumpkins, Deftones, Depeche Mode, The Fireman..among others.
Thanks, Alien S... Song titles and lyrics are how I get half my ideas for art. 😄 I like your list of jams, some good, classic stuff! Beware of the Street-Walking Cheetah with a heart full of napalm!
I repeatedly listened to Alan Parsons Ammonia Avenue during my studio course for Environmental Design. My lack of artistic talent along with my alcoholic associate professor without either sympathy nor instruction was incredibly depressing. Fortunately, I transferred to engineering school and now happily design optics for lighting equipment. I couldn't deal with the subjectivity. 2 + 2 equals 4 is more my jam. As far as the album is concerned, I probably never listen to it again!
Ha! I've done that before, listen to an album too many times that I get sick of it, even though I used to love it.Good to hear you found your engineering niche. 👍
I miss Harper. I miss These awesome vids.
But most of all... I miss.... Dad jokes.
Hope all is well brother.
Thanks, Dude 👍

Cool... when you get it figured out, (or when YT pulls their heads out) let me know. Meanwhile I'll be on the lookout for your notifications.
I kinda saw that Rob Zombie reference coming in a video about visual art and music. Now I'm gonna draw some shit while listening to Septicflesh.
Art and Music, BFF! Go draw some cool shit! 🤘😆🤘 Thanks for watching and commenting!
