    Just received a Kombi and it has a note saying it was setup this way due to EU Ecodesign Regulation in 2014 requiring vacuums have a reduction in power to less than 900 watts. It came with some instructions on how to improve edge suction and came with taller brown thread lifter strips to replace the red ones. It comes with closed suction channels on the sides and says to flip the end closures 180 degrees to open them up.

    This was great to show a customer and help them select the right tools with their SEBO!!

    I appreciate this video because I’ve been confused about how this compares to the parquet tool for SEBO.

    The feet warning killed me lol. You make great videos.

    4:15 regarding the arrows, there is a line that is supposed to represent the floor, so if the arrow points away from the line, the brush is up, and if the arrow points toward the line, the brush is down. I agree that the icon should be more distinct though.

    Now I know why it doesn’t come with the central vac package when ordered with the Et-1 powerhead

    This is why Sebo supplies Wessel-Werk combi tools with the majority of their canisters nowdays.
    I would love to see you do a review on the Lindhaus floor tool. M28R / M29R

    This tool is a worthwhile upgrade to the standard E1 combi. It maneuvers much more easily and flexibly, and I think the weaknesses you correctly point out are trade-offs for better functionality. The foot switch 4:00 is indeed less convenient, but its lower profile facilitates getting under furniture. Yes the docking clip is reverse of usual location 2:45, but the tool barely touches the floor when docked, so the canister can move freely in any direction while using a different tool - like the dusting brush sans wand.

    I just today got the E1 with a Kombi tool, but it comes with the "standard" Kombi too, not the "premium" one you are reviewing. Interestingly, the standard Kombi tool seems to fix some of the issues you raised. The hard floor/rug switch is both easier to operate by foot and MUCH clearer about which setting is which. It also has brushes that raise and lower on both the front and rear of the suction area; this seems to help with the hard floor snow plowing. It only has one set of wheels (the large ones in the back of the tool, not the small ones toward the front); I think it is a little smaller and lighter than the "Premium" version, but I honestly can't see the value of a slightly bigger Premium Kombi at all. As a separate attachment (e.g., if one has not purchased the E1), they are both the same price. Unless I am missing something, and someone wants to buy this tool, I would get the Standard Kombi (which is called the Standard Combination Floor Nozzle on the Sebo website, and it doesn't say Kombi on the tool itself, but is called a Kombi tool when it comes with the E1 vacuum).

      What you have is a different Kombi tool. They've stopped selling this tool at least here in the United States. The tool that has replaced it is far superior and made by Weasel Week 🇩🇪

    I just got my Sebo Felix Premium and love it. The only thing I don’t like that I didn’t realize is that they didn’t make the parquet attachment to stand up alone. Doesn’t make sense to lay it down every time you shut it off.

    • @PerformanceReviews
      @PerformanceReviews  2 роки тому +4

      That's because the attachment is meant to be on the end of a canister where it can be parked. The fact that it fits on the end of the Felix was just kind of an added bonus.

    I just bout an Airbelt E yesterday. I only got it with the basic attachments and was curious what the other attachments are. Based on your videos, I think the Parquet could be useful to me, this Kombi seems superfluous. Thanks.

    this nozzle came with my Sebo Felix Premium. I can't say i like it. It's ground clearing is too low and it just pushes dirt like a snowplow. I'd rather use the electric head, set at height 1. The electric head absolutely destroys any dirt/mess. Now that i've seen you remove the 2 side clips, maybe i can pull them out half way, and use them to create a higher ground clearance?

    I found a good deal on a E1 Kombi. Can I eventually upgrade the head to the power one on the E3?

    Great video! Have you conducted a review of the top electric power heads that includes the Lindhaus PB12 or PB14, the Sebo ET-1, and the Wessel Werk EBK-360? Thanks!

    I’m trying to fit the Kombi head to the Felix taking off the original head. It does fit but won’t stand up. What am I doing wrong. I’ve got the white Felix which came with this interchangeable head. Actually it’s the Felix vogue I have

    • @PerformanceReviews
      @PerformanceReviews  Рік тому

      The Felix does not stand up when you put the hard floor tool on. The older models came with a loop to hang them on the wall for that. Newer models no longer have this loop since they all come with an electric power nozzle here in the US

    Which is the better multi floor tool? The Miele AllTeQ or the Sebo Kombi?

    • @PerformanceReviews
      @PerformanceReviews  11 місяців тому +1

      You buy what fits on your vacuum depending on the brand of vacuum you have these two are not interchangeable.

      @PerformanceReviews I was just wondering from a performance standpoint. Like which of these heads do you think is better for a guy who, lets say, has both a Sebo E1 and a Miele C1 Pure?

    I wish you would have shown flipping the nozzle over to see if pet hair was stuck on those felt strips which is my current problem with a Eureka stick vacuum I have. What a MESS. The hair gets glued onto the strips then stuck in the tube. Well, it's not really HAIR but some hair-like fuzz that's somehow escaping from my new mattress - a new problem I haven't resolved yet! Thanks for the great videos. I think I'll have to pay for the parquet nozzle on top of the cannister vac.
