Sometimes you have to complete the previous objective before he appears for some reason. He does also appear only during fear, sorrow amd anger spirals.
@@QuadLyStop ok thx. I did the event mission and got kullervo at the last mark and killed him but it seemed to take a long time. Welll I just today finished the duviri paradox mission
@@koolaid1644 that is weird, it might sadly be a bug. Can you check your inventory while in the orbiter? Maybe the endscreen doesn't show you got it, but you still did. It does that sometimes.
Lone story will disable all side objectives, so you need to play duviri experience to get to Kullervo. Just ignore all other side objectives and it's the same as lone story.

Yes, I did use Azothane. You can get it in the Teshin's cave before entering the Duviri. :)

Nope, but there are the decrees that do the same. I suggest getting a few before you go and challenge Kullervo.

Kullervos hold only appears on fear and anger. If it’s a joy spiral then you’d have to wait or do some quests to switch spirals
