  • Just my thoughts on rock bottom. To reiterate there are situations where someone who is sick cannot be helped by a loved one because they are accusing them of illegal things or being voilent in this case you absolutely have to distance yourself.
If you think you might be bipolar, please see a doctor immediately. There is help.
Thank you for watching. Please comment if you can relate or if this video has been helpful.
Here are some other videos you might find helpful and please check out my original music. You can navigate by using the playlist tab where I have everything from unboxings to roller skating but my most important videos are my bipolar manic life vlogs and my original music since a lot of it is inspired by my struggle with Bipolar Disorder and Relationships.

Same here..BP1 rapid cycling mixed with psychotic episodes and active addiction... As you said some people just do not have a rock bottom just another stigma to throw out there due to ignorance of knowledge. Rock bottoms are just like mental illnesses there are too many out there to label and some people just don't have one

Hi! Yup! And they always say focus on your support system. Why not when it's really needed most.

We are our understanding and support for each other!! Until someone else has been around someone with bipolar and has witnessed some of these episodes or swings then no one but the one person that truly understands is the person that carries the disorder

I think I'm starting to have it now. I'll imagine situations in my head especially at night. I'll be eating and then I'll watch UA-cam and a specific scene popups and I imagine myself in that situation and then sometimes it can be violent, or me being scared in a mass shooting event I'm trying to think how would I escape. Idk if I'm day dreaming at night or what.
How is testing for bipolar like? Do you have a vid about that?

    • @BipolarPerson
      @BipolarPerson  8 місяців тому

I don't have that video yet but here is a good test I found. If you get a positive that just means you need to see a doctor not necessarily that you have bipolar. If you are questioning it, I would see a doctor just to be sure. The link for the test qxmd.com/calculate/calculator_677/mood-disorder-questionnaire-mdq

      Thanx for having this channel
      (wich i found this week).
This is the first time ever i heard someone describe how fucdt up,hurting and destroying BP1 can be.
(Seen videos from others where i end up doubting they have a diagnose, rather craving for attention or having a mild form for bp2, wich are far different from bp1).
This rock b. Video is also very interesting. I Have been thinking a lot of if it would be possible to create a system where people araound can cathc you before everything goes to hell.

Just now finding this comment. I appreciate you so much! A lot of fakers out there I think. I've seen a lot of questionable posts. It's frustrating they send a false message.

I get into depressive episodes and don't want to do anything. I'm okay now it's just after Freddy my dog died I've really struggled. He helped me wrap presents at Christmas last year but Summer (baby kitty) filled in this year and tried to help so that was nice. Thank you for noticing my absence lol. 😊 I'll try to be more active I got kinda overwhelmed with Tiffany too and caring for her dog is a lot. ❤️

@@BipolarPerson We missed you and I personally got worried…. do you know anything about Raw Sammy?
She posted a video with cats

I think she is in psychosis and has been for a while. She posted a video that she deleted the next day and she looked the same as she did a month ago. 😩😢 I hope her family can step in and help. She said her husband left her. It's really sad. She's pretty strong though I have faith she'll recover, I just hope it's soon and before anything bad happens.

You just need to get a hobby. Keep yourself active. Be positive.

    • @BipolarPerson

Hi Andrew! Nice to meet you! UA-cam is my hobby 😁 and unfortunately there is no cure for bipolar it's biological. We can be happy, positive and active every breath and it will not cure bipolar but we manage our symptoms with medication and therapy. 😁
