TxT is the best in portraying dark themes in bright songs, and just dark themes in general. I love their music and I love their concepts and their messages are so relatable and their storylines are so interesting. I just love them period. ☺️
I forgot how crazy eternally is its sooo beautiful and bittersweet. I'm enjoying this deep dive you are doing, because I can relive and see everything once more. From the little bit I remember, other moa can correct me if im wrong, is that soobin is the only one who is aware of what's going to happen, the end of the world and yeonjun's death so he keeps going back in time to try to prevent it from happening.
It reminds me of Jin in bts storyline(i still believe its connected since the cat is in both)

I love your reaction to their storyline!!! You have so many theories and that's so cool, that's what MOAS do.
The blue and green eyed cat is bad and is connected to Yeonjun because he made a promise to the cat thinking it would be their salvation but it wasn't. And if he doesn't keep his promise, he could suffer the consequences and also harm the rest of the boys, which is why he appears so related to "death".
The little boy Soobin saw was Kai when he was a child. If you remember, in Nap of a Star, the 5 boys start out as childrens playing with cardboard masks on their heads. That was them at a festival/fair when they were little, Soobin went back to that memory and that's why he saw Kai when he was little and saw the fair and the masks.
The ghost girl is good, she comforts Soobin with a hug when he is crying, she is the representation of the fandom, she is a MOA who is there to comfort them and try to help them understand what is going on and who whether to defend themselves and who to trust.
Hueningkai actually seems to be the most "innocent" of the 5, because he always seems to be the one who least knows what's going on, maybe that's why he appears separate from the other 4, in his "dream".
The dance room they were in was the "real" part of the mv, the part of each person's "visions" were the "dreamed" part or not, eheh... If you remember in the Magic Island mv they were exchanging messages on the train, right at the beginning, before arriving at Magic Island and in these messages (which were not with subtitles in the mv) the boys are talking about the rumor of the ghost in the dance room, the same dance room that appears in this mv.
I hope it helped a little to clarify some things, there are several theories for what happens in the mvs, but many things have already been verified through the webtoon and the novel of their storyline.

Why did I just realized that soobin saw young kai in his own memory because kai was the one who went into the door way before him when the alarm ringing thing happened. These two went in the same way so maybe that’s why he saw him?
