DELTA PRO for the WIN-D to dry your clothes.
Cool stuff. I would love to see it connected to a transfer switch.
The Delta Pros are absolute beasts, no doubt. But what really makes it a game changer, and separates them from most other portable power stations, is this double voltage hub. I live in Florida, and have gone through several hurricane related extended power outages, and I've improved my situation over the years. First I endured the situation with a gas generator, and running extension cords into the house to power select things. Then another year I set up that same generator to power the whole house with a transfer switch. I thought I had died and gone to heaven, to be able to walk into a room and have the lights turn on with the switch, and have ceiling fans, etc. This takes that convenience to a whole other level, and in silence. I could use the generator to charge the Delta Pro during the day, which should not take long, and be set for another night. It would also allow your fuel to last A LOT longer, where you would not need nearly as much for a 7 to 10 day power outage. Very, very nice. Wow. It is not cheap, though.
I just want to say THANK YOU. I was wondering if my Delta Pro could run my dryer. Now I know that it can't, by itself. But I loved that you showed that it is possible!
Thank you
This would be a great addition to maximize my Delta Pro.
That is sweet. I could really use that double voltage hub.
Thanks so much. I’ve bought some Ecoflows because of your videos!
Love having some power back up options and EcoFlow is currently one if they best and there are some good choices out there , EGO, Bluetti and more to come! Everybody is stepping up there game, some good competition. Thanks Jeff 👍🏼
We hang all of our shirts and pants...our clothes last forever (8 to 10 years) with out getting the thin worn out look.
AND...what we do dry takes a very short amount of time (15 to 20 min).
👍🏼
Thank you! I have 2 Dp's ea with 1 ext batt + hub. Is there a smart panel connect from hub avail? Also my take is the 2 dual fuel smart gens I have are useless under this scenario. Thanks again for the great vids.
Hi thanks, no you wouldn’t connect hub and smart panel
They are similar solutions
Smart home panel offers much more, that’s what I use
Now, that is some incredible power ...
One Delta Pro has a short term surge output of 7200 watts at 120V. Does this mean that two Delta Pro units have a surge output of 14400 watts at 240V? If so, this would mean that two in parallel could potentially startup a large motor like an HVAC condensing unit which has a high inrush and is usually the limiting factor for a portable generator being used for home air conditioning.
1st thanks for watching 👍🏻
To my knowledge the surge doesn't double. I'd check with EcoFlow to be sure.
@@TechMadeEzy Have you tried feeding your main panel with this setup? I'd be curious if it can start a whole house AC unit? My 4 ton condensing unit pulls 55A at 240V at startup, but this is for less than a second. It settles down to around 17A while running. This units would power my house if they can handle the large short inrush demand.
I'm working on a full panel setup with EcoFlow Smart home panel, gonna take some time. Yes you can run AC 240v, 55a I'm not sure about. The delta pro is very expandable for longer term run capacity.
Does the Extra Battery have the infinity port so that the Hub can be used? Or, does the Hub only work with two Power Stations?
Hi
The extra battery connects to the Delta pro and then you connect to Delta Pro to the hub. The Battery doesn't have an infinity port
Wow, that's awesome! Thanks for the video.
Thanks for watching Norm
Can you use the delta pro without the internet app? What if the internet is down? If not, how often do youneed to upgrade?
Bluetooth works as long as you are in range but firmware updates need wifi, you could use your phone hotpot?
I was just ready to pull the trigger on two of these, but I’m learning that the output on that 240 is not even split phase. So if I plug this in where my gas generator usually goes, my 110V circuits would be useless pretty much? Can you confirm this?
I believe so you might be better off with a smart home panel and to Delta Pro but send an email to ecoflo to be safe support@ecoflow.com
I’m getting another delta pro since they are on sale, I already have one unit with an extra battery. I’ve heard you don’t want to use one unit with an extra battery and the other without, it should be balanced. My question is does it actually hurt anything to run it unbalanced? I don’t have the money to buy a whole second battery to balance the system out, and don’t want to run the system without the extra battery I do have
It’s not gonna be an issue seriously. I’ve done that.
And I still have my Delta pros and I love them
@@TechMadeEzy thanks so much for the reply!!
Great review thank you for the pointers
Thanks Chris, thanks for watching
Could you not do the same thing with only one delta pro? Just less run time?
Wouldn’t run 240v with just 1 delta pro
What does it mean when my EcoFlow batteries don't drain at the same rate? One battery gets pulled and the other does not? Am I doing something wrong, or does it automatically switch usage when it gets below a certain point?
Hi Jacob
That’s normal you can recalibrate them that requires draining them and more. I’d contact EcoFlow for the procedure.
That's a real bummer that you can't use the AC panels with the hub!!! Do you think they'll fix that with an update later?
Hi Charles no, it was designed that way with the voltage up that high.
Is the smart panel cheaper than having a transfer switch installed? What’s the advantage of the smart home panel?
Hi James Smart home panel will definitely cost more, not a lot of info out yet but can control up to 10 breakers , you can control via smartphone and see your energy usage.
hook 75 inch tv on it, how long 3set up last with that, fully charged units
Do they make a 75 inch 240v TV? 😊
I recently purchased two Delta Pro power stations with the Dual Voltage Hub. When I connected the DVH to the power stations I immediately get a rapid flashing white light, hear some relays clicking and error code 553 shows up on the power station displays. No voltage out on the DVH. I've been working with Ecoflow support for a couple of weeks now and they still haven't even been able to tell me what error code 553 means. VERY frustrating.
Make sure you update both delta pro
Thanks, but I had done that and still get the same error.
Danny your best bet is sending eco-flow and email
support@ecoflow.com
I'm sorry I wish I could help you more
So if you were able to hook two batteries up to each and have a total combine of a massive 25kw would you still only have a measly 30 amps of output with all that power?
Hi John thanks for watching
Adding batteries will give you run time, connecting the double voltage hub with 2 delta pros will double capacity from 120 to 240, the outlet can handle 30 amp either way
@@TechMadeEzy thanks for the reply. Wish it would be at least 60 amps total available if you could have such a large capacity of watts available. Could power a whole (small) house with AC if the power went down.
4 EcoFlow DELTA Pro Smart Extra Battery
I don't want to use the app. Would this work without it?
Yes but you won't be able to do firmware updates
Will the double voltage hub connect to the pro and a added smart battery and function the same as 2 pros ? 😂 I don't see good pictures for the smart battery.
Hi, you must have 2 pros to use the DVH and you can have 2 extra batteries on each Pro
@@TechMadeEzy , thank you sir, that reply was faster than a McDonald's drive thru 🤣 Godspeed to you.
Thank you for this video, now I’m convinced that the EcoFlow setup IS NOT for me, only the USA has 120 as standard, I’m not in the USA (thank goodness) but to convert to the rest of the worlds standard 240v is just a bridge to fare, two pro units and extra cables, but having looked at a lot of other videos about EcoFlow products, they are quite high tech, being a ALL IN ONE unit it is a problem for repairs and warranty, but the biggest problem is the grossly inflated prices, i can do the same with individual items at half the cost.
Link for EcoFlow 100 watt Solar Panel Thanks
They make a 110w and a 160w, which do you want?
For Amazon or for EcoFlow website?
I am getting error code 553 when I turn on my voltage hub with no load??
Firmware fully updated for delta pros and batteries?
@@TechMadeEzy Yes
Check the updated manual on their website. See if it’s under troubleshooting. If not your best bet after that would be the email them. Support@ecoflow.com
@@TechMadeEzy I must have a defective hub. My grounds on the double voltage hub are hot! I must have a defective unit. The pros must be detecting a ground fault and shutting down voltage hub.
Definitely send them an email they will confirm
Really need one for that but no one could ship that to me 🥲
EXCELLENT way to prove the EcoFlow can deliver. FYI the longer the extension cord the more power it takes to run the appliance. How much the voltage will drop over the length of the extension cord is an important consideration for safe and efficient appliance operation. for me personally i like to hang dry my clothes, not into fabric softeners (guys it lowers your testosterone) plus in power outage i want to use battery for other stuff. just me, don't open your fridge don't dry your clothes using EcoFlow. nice and economical version to be off grid. photovoltaic / solar thermal technician here and I Approve this video 👍
edit: the fact that you said for demonstration purposes and rather hang dry I'm Slapping Subscribe Button
Ecoflow is really making the competition a run for their money. I would love to get this.
I see this is an older video and not sure if anyone pointed it out yet, but in your test, your Ecoflow units weren't producing a total of 5000 watts. It's a split phase 240V system, which means when you use it to power 240V loads (like the heating elements in your dryer), the 2400-ish watts of load from the heating element is (basically) flowing back and forth between the two 120V Ecoflow units because it's AC. It's switching direction 60 times every second. The reason both Ecoflow units aren't carrying the same exact load is because there are 120V components in your dryer that are only using one of the 120V phases from the 240V plug, and that phase is coming from only one Ecoflow. That power doesn't oscillate back and forth...it simply returns to the unit via the neutral line. So, in your case, your dryer is pulling about 300 watts from one leg, or one Ecoflow unit, which is coming from things like control circuitry, etc. This is why you saw the load drop drastically when the heaters cut off at the end of the cycle. The reason the dryer is set up this way is because the heating elements draw a lot of power and by increasing the applied voltage, the amount of current necessary to run the heaters can be reduced. Power = Voltage X Amps. I hope this helps.
Great video… the watts drop happened due to dryer going into cool down mode with under a few minutes left on timer thus turning off heating element and drawing very little power…. Man those batteries are unbelievable!!
Thanks for your comment SQ glad you found the video helpful
Great Review and demonstration on this Ecoflow Pro system... I plan on using the DVH thru a manual transfer switch I installed that feeds into my existing Home Panel...in this way will NOT be needing extension cords at all (or the AC ports on the Pro's when using this way) using the already existing Home Electrical Wiring System for my 220 Volt water well pump primarily and of course all of the rest from lights to the HVAC System...keeping fingers and toes crossed. Again, great stuff!!
Thanks , good luck and you might want to look into the smart home panel, that should be out this or next month (I hope) I will be getting that installed and doing a review
@@TechMadeEzy that's the video I want to see
Stay tuned I don't have it yet but I'll hopefully have it soon
Great review. Thanks. I have tbe same idea. I will use DVH to connect directly to generator inlet box, which linked to main panel. I need 240v for my well pump.
Yes I added a 30amp adapter to my electric box. Plug in the Delta pro's I have and flip the switch to Delta power!
A great demonstration of what these power units can do. They should be standard in every household: Fridge, Stove, Washer and Dryer, and Delta Pro. Thanks for the video.
Thanks Chris much appreciated
This is an awesome test. Seems like those Delta Pro's are pretty solid and well built.
Very impressed so far
When you connect two Pro's together then can you still run one solar circuit into each of the Pro's for charging (two total)?
I ask because due to the solar input amperage limitations you'll only really be able to run a single series solar circuit into one Pro. I'm going to have shading much of the time so I could benefit from two separate solar circuits with two separate charge controllers.
Hi Carson, let me try and get an answer
Yes you can charge solar on both pros while using the double voltage hub, just can do anything with AC
Good Test! Now we know it will run your dryer but what is the practical use for the Double Voltage Hub? Can it be tied into your service panel to run the whole house?
You can get a transfer panel for that if you’d like or you can get a smart panel that this company makes which I actually use myself
Another great video, i also really enjoy magic lol
If I have two Delta pro EU version (240V), can I use this hub to get 7200W.
You would have to contact EcoFlow on that support@ecoflow.com
Can this parallel kits work for ecoflow river? The small one 🤔
Hi it’s only made for the delta pro
Impressive but you wouldn’t realistically burn all that power during a power outage for a load of laundry. It would take forever to replace it with solar. I would like to see how this setup runs a well pump which would be my primary use for this kind of setup during an outage.
Same. I'd like to run my well pump off this.
Is it 240v? Also how many watts?
Guys, if it will run a drier, then I believe you’ve got more than enough proof... as it’s barely even going to notice a 1/2hp well pump turning on, just a little blip and then a fairly low draw... I’m quite sure it could run a submersible pump for a long time... though I’m not as sure about a jet pump, but I think jet pumps are usually only 120v anyway, so not going to be a problem, other than they just aren’t usually as efficient as a submersible pump.
I bought a 30amp 230v/7000w (8000w surge cap.) gas generator and was concerned about the start up surge of my 1/2hp submersible pump, but I couldn’t even tell, that it was turning on, it didn’t change the idle and it’s an inverter kind.
Is the hub like a cheap alternative to a smart home panel?
In some ways but no smart, automations etc
do you have to connect 2 ecoflow to use this adapter? I am thinking to use it with only one and connect to my house transfer switch using the L 14-30. Not thinking about using 240v appliances but to connect the whole house
Yes it requires 2 delta pros
I'd really like to see the smart home panel upgrade with this
Me too, they are hard to get
That looked frightening to watch...a very power-hungry dryer...!
I sooo wasn't aware of the 5,000 watts to dry my clothes... Crazy
They don't make 1 unit that has 240V along with 120v?
No not hat I’ve ever seen
@@TechMadeEzy hmm, now I am curious if anyone else does...
This hub is for U.S only?
This one but check the ECOFlow site for your county, should be under accessories delta pro I believe
Curious if you use solar to charge your EP’s? Just purchased a singe DP and considering a second one and use solar to charge them up. The hub would allow me to charge my Tesla MY and likely get 30-50 miles on a daily basis. Since I’m retired it should be plenty fo charge. Thanks for a very informative video.
Dan thank you!
solar is the way to go for recharging for free! I didn’t get the 400w solar panel ecoflow came out with, super expensive. I do have six 100 W solar panels but I’m working on creating some type of platform.
I could be completely wrong here but remember seeing a video stating that this system wasn't compatible with tesla charging due to a grounding issue.
It's not really made for that but I'm sure there is always someone that can make it work, bad news is it can fry your delta and make your warranty disappear. Be careful 🙏🏻
@@Jobey_99 You are correct, but all you need to do is purchase a grounding plug, insert it into any of the four 20A outlets and then use the 30A outlet and your Tesla charging device. You are only going to pick up 10 miles but in a pinch it might be worth it. I have done this a number of times.
@@danmitchell1143 Interesting. For anyone thinking of buying a Tesla, go for it. They are absolutely amazing vehicles.
Delta Pro is a beast. I can only imagine what another extra battery, dedicated solar, and two converted EcoFlow smart generators (running natural gas) plugged into the smart home panel would be like. Basically your own power station. Amazing stuff!
Thank you for watching Robert
Will it work with a welder
All I can say is I testing it with a welder in this video on the Delta pro, ua-cam.com/video/eh1FcpGol1A/v-deo.html
Great video, question, are the Ecoflow pro generators emp hardened?
Thanks Brian
Very good question, EcoFlow doesn’t make any claim of this. Here’s a Support email. You might want to email them directly and see what they say.

OK thanks for letting me know
Not sure the gauge of your extension cord but i bet you are still having some loss there on that amount of power.
$3,200-$3,600 for one Eco Flow Delta Pro in USA. Much better than my DIY so long as it keep working 🎈
i dont get it.
Delta Pro's have output 220V (Europe).
Is that able to connect 2 Delta Pro with this double voltage hub ?
I watch people saying is for doubling your voltage from 110 to 220.
Can anyone explain that to me ? Im interesting to buy another one delta pro and connect those together.
My Delta Pro as i said, has output 220V already but i want to keep inb that way.
This is for the US I don't know that they make one for Europe
Thanks so much for this! Related - I cannot find the Ecoflow Smart Generator (the hybrid / gas gen) anywhere - sold out on website and can’t find at any retailers. Have you seen any? Wondering if this was originally just part of Kickstarter, and now they’re in production for mass retail? Same with the smart panel. I’ve been doing my diligence but cannot find answer. Any info appreciated. Thanks!
Hi thank you 👍🏻
I finally posted a link in my description, it's not available but will be soon, wish I could say a date but I don't know it at this time. Smart panel might be April or so but the generator should be before if I had to guess.

Hi. Can I still use 120 v when connecting 2 pro together
No you won’t be able to
@@TechMadeEzy hi, so what you are saying is it will only combine the voltage to 240volt but not the amp or it combine the amp also, im new at this thing
This statement from the ecoflow website might help you, no it doesn’t combine amps to my knowledge but you can email Ecoflow for that answer support@ecoflow.com
The hub has two NEMA 6-20 outlets that power 20-amp equipment and tools. It also has a NEMA L14-30 outlet, making it that much easier to switch out your old gas generator.
I’m building my eco flow system. People are telling me it won’t power my 240 volt well pump without draining it. Do you know if it will work? I wish they had showroom to showcase these things. It’s a lot of money to spend without knowing for sure.
I wish I had one to test for you
How long the Ecoflow battery lasts all depends on how big of a well pump you have and how often you use it. In that respect, it's no different than any other load. For example, and for the ease of math, if you have a 1/2 HP well pump, it will draw about 900 Watts. So, if you were to run that pump for one hour, it will draw 900 Watt-hours and you'd be able to run it for a total of 4 hours on a 3600 Watt Ecoflow Delta Pro. It's all about how big the load is and how long you run it. The Delta Pro will absolutely run your well pump. Will it drain the battery? Yep. How fast depends on how often you use the pump. Obviously, if you're able to charge with solar, that just adds more time.
That’s what I thought too. Breaking down the math of it. But they seem to think it won’t work. Seeing as the generator screams when the well pump kicks in. So I kinda see their point. LOL. These are 30 year off grid veterans. So I’m waiting to hear from someone who is doing it. :)
@@TechMadeEzy that’s ok. Maybe it’s worth doing a video with someone who has one. Cmon up to Ontario Canada lolol
Been to Ontario long time ago but would love to see Alberta one day

@@TechMadeEzy I hate this dual voltage hub because it will not allow me to do what I need to do. I want to charge my two DPs with AC from my 3500W inverter generator while the DPs are powering my trailer. It's starting to look like I just can't do this. Any ideas, Thanks
@LarryRichelli hi Larry, why do you need the hub? You need 240v?

They way they discharge is still a mystery to be honest. The battery will charge the pro its connected to that's all I can tell you
Dryers stop heating as they go through the 'cool down' at the end of the cycle, so the delta pros had less power being drawn from that point on.
These are great generators.

I checked the DVH instructions and there is no mention of their purpose.
Are these for European countries?
Perhaps these will be used to connect Smart Home Panel (SHP)?
Perhaps some areas don't use L14-30P connector?
Just curious.
Thanks so much Kevin, from what we’ve heard large 240v air conditioners is an example and some welders
That would make they useful here in Asia if the Smart Home
Panel provides 240V to the main. Next question is, do they deliver, affordably, here ?
Not sure you would have to reach out to EcoFlow, if you need an email address let me know
My friend has 2 delt pros but when we hook up the hub we get 240v but the phases become unbalanced 1 ph is 108v and the other is 132v. By themselves selves without the hub they are both 120v. This is with 2 different 240 hubs. Any ideals? Thx
No sorry, definitely contact ecoflow support support@ecoflow.com
I have deltapro international version 240V
Can I use the hub to connect two delta pro ? Or only works for 120V version ?
Thank you
Oh wow you must be so excited but no the double voltage cup only goes up to 250 volts
If you have one of the DPs hooked up to solar charging, do both of the DPs charge (or maybe the one with solar fully charges then starts feeding into the second?
No only one gets charged in that case
Is there an adapter to go to the standard 30amp RV plug (like on front of the DP units). from the double hub?
I don't know sorry
Do you know of any info on the wind power that this will accept from Ecoflow? Great video very informative. Thanks....Jeff
Thanks Jeff no nothing on that yet sorry
Cool video!
Very cool. In a real grid down situation, however, a clothes line is an old fashioned but much better solution for wet clothes
Oh yes! Save that money, wow 5,500w I was shocked.
4 Ecoflow Delta pro can you to run your power house and hook up solar panels at the same time
Yes
HELLO, ASKIVE SOLAR SENT ME OVER TO YOUR CHANNEL/ THANKS FOR THIS GREAT INFO 👍🏽👍🏽
Thank you for letting me know and for posting a note and watching our video stay in touch let me know if you have any questions
Is the hub output only or can you input to it as well?
Just output
@@TechMadeEzy I have a dilemma. Looking for a little information and help. These are newly purchased equipment.
I have:
2 Delta Pro
4 Pro Smart Battery
1 Smart Panel
2 Smart Generator(dual fuel)
1 Double Voltage Hub
My question is, how do I intergrate the 2 Smart Generators into my system. I have run out of “inputs”. I would like the generators to auto start to charge the batteries when low.
Thanks for the help.
Smart Gen would replace one of the batteries on each DP, there is no way to have 4 batteries connected and 2 smart gen.
@@TechMadeEzy would there be a way to connect the smart generators to some type of port/plug, so that charges DP’s as if it’s coming from the grid? Versus connecting directly to the DP’s or Smart Panel.
Not from anything EcoFlow has made
Dude! Just wanted to let everyone know that HSN of all places has the best price on the Delta Pro. Even after tax, got mine for UNDER 3500.
Thanks for sharing
@@n2rj I didn't do the Costco thing because I heard something about them being different than those online( forgot exactly but on EcoFlo's site in the Q&A they mention something of this). But GEES! $2849???? Ugh. Paid $3476 shipped. I'll for sure keep in mind as I want a 2nd in the near future. Do you know the difference by chance?
@@n2rj what is different from the kickstarter to what's current?
@@n2rj I didn't even know about these when kickstarter was going. I was originally set on my ways with the new LYCAN by Renogy and almost did the kickstarter on it BUT THEN I saw this. The result, missed KS prices on everything..LOLOL
nice test, I just placed my order for a DVH
Thanks let me know how it goes
Great video!!!! Thank you for your help with these Deltas. I just purchased one with 2-200 watt solar panels. I can't wait to set them up.
Eladio thank you! Good luck and let me know how it goes
I hooked the 2 Delta Pros with 850w Renogy solar panels and a double voltage hub. No luck powering the induction range.
What is the name of the cord you're using for the dryer? U said u hit it at Amazon. My range uses 3 prongs but the double voltage hub has 4 holes for a 4-prong plug.
This is the link to the adapter I used

*Very impressive. I can't wait to get my Delta Pros. It is clear the circular plug on the dual voltage hub is for 240 Volts AC, but those other two receptacles look like regular 120 Volt, single phase supplies (????) Are those extra two plugs both 240 Volts AC EACH, or are they two extra 120 Volt receptacles supplied for convenience, because you can't use any of the 120 Volt AC sockets on either of the Delta Pros when the dual voltage hub is connected ?*
Hello. Thanks for all u do for all of us! I now have 2 Delta Pros and a hub. I want to use my induction range. I prepared a cable with the 3-prong plug and outlet but when I plug it to my hub it doesn't work. The hub has 4 holes (for 4 wires). My inductions range uses 3. How should I wire the plug? I've wired it twice already with different configuration. You ran your dryer with it.
Hi Eladio, thank you! Now you have the power. It took me awhile to find the correct adapter that would work. What I recommend you do is maybe check Amazon since they have everything but you might also need to talk to someone at a hardware store, Ace? Home depot Lowes? I would also see if any of your friends know an electrician. I am not an expert in finding those adapters but I do wish you the best of luck and thank you for asking me but I always want to be honest
Thanks. Did u make your own?
Purchased in Amazon, have you tried the Facebook EcoFlow group? Steve my social media guy lives in those rooms, EcoFlow team is awesome and very helpful
Yes. I did but it doesn't work. I checked the output with a Fluke and I only see 120 coming out of the 4 hole outlet on the hub.
Ohh. My GE induction range uses only 3 wires. When I turn on the hub, the 2 Delta Pros exhibits a few clicks then shuts down the four 120v outlets. It comes back when I turn the outlets on. Any help?
Approx how much for that whole set up?
Hi Eddie Each delta pro is $3600 batteries $2600 ea and the hub $139
Does it charge each other with this connected?
Hi no it doesn’t
I really need this for my Delta Pro.
Hopefully will be available soon after they fill orders
Thanks for the demo!
Thanks , what power station do you have or are you thinking of getting one just in case ?
@@TechMadeEzy I am backer 301. I got two delta pros, smart generator, double voltage hub and smart home panel.
Sweet! Did you get everything?
@@TechMadeEzy double voltage hub was due on Friday. Just waiting for fedex to deliver, maybe tomorrow. SHP will be all that is left after that.
I agree, shp will be but hopefully not that late. Good luck with your purchases stay in touch and let me know how they do
Holy smokes, you sound exactly like Hawkeye Pierce.
Hi Ben, Is that a good or bad thing? And who is that?
@@TechMadeEzy Good thing of course, Alan Alda, not only played Hawkeye but did lots of narration. Very cool voice, check out your doppelganger you'd be impressed.
Lol thanks Ben yes I’ve heard Alan Alda a few times, even Howard Stern , crazy
I haven't read through all the comments if I have a Delta pro and the Delta pro smart extra battery can I make this work or do I have to have two physical Delta pros. I'm trying to power is a 240 V electric tank hot water heater
2 delta pro required, hopefully you can watch our video and find it helpful 🙏🏼
@@TechMadeEzy salute Lee find it helpful I was just questioning whether or not it had to be to Delta pros or not, it would seem that it could be one Delta pro and one Delta pro battery smart battery but you're saying not so you're the tester I'm not :-)
It’s true, it needs both inverters , the smart battery is just adding capacity but no power inverter that’s the reason
@@TechMadeEzy buy it running your electric dryer at 5100 W max, I would guess it would run the domestic electric hot water heater 240 V
Is it under 7,200w ?
great video!
Thank you
It's a lie nothing works for ever
I wonder how I could connect my well pump?
Is it 240v?
@@TechMadeEzy I mean connections. I'm trying to get figure out how to connect to my existing setup. My well is 300' away from my panel and don't know if the voltage drop would be to much.
Oh... That I'm not sure. If it doesn't have a plug, you might have to deal with an electrician to make one, it's possible. Also before you do that check the pumps surge rating and wattage requirement. You want to make sure the power station will meet and exceed them.
Very disappointed in my two delta pros connected with the HUB with smart generator. Have my 30amp travel trailer hooked up to it. The power and battery drain is only happening on one unit instead of evenly amongst the two. Battery drains to 20 before the generator kicks in even though the other unit is at 100%. Yes the firmware is up to date. In addition when the AC kicks on the unit being pulled from gets overloaded and shuts down. If generator is running it doesn't trip.
I use it with the smart home panel for power backup, have also been using solar to recharge then using the smart home panel to lower my Electricity costs. Don't use the double voltage hub much but to test it.
@@TechMadeEzy I have solar as well. 6 panels but can't get the full solar benefits.
Solar never gives you 100%, what panels do you have?
@@TechMadeEzy rich solar. 200 per panel and we have 6. 5 in a series on the pro that gets drained and one in the other pro
Have you totaled the voltage ? Is it under 150v ? Just asking. On a great day you should get 1000w as long as the angle is right
