Yes because they make them work on their century old software which has nothing to do with the current market requirement. And when you have 2yrs of TCS experience guess what… the thing you did there is not fcking relevant anywhere because no one uses that software beside them. Its better to work on your skills and join better companies or else keep building your skills while working there. Then apply for a specific role
