Every time I see Bec with short hair, I'm blown away by how stunningly gorgeous she is. All her magnificent bone structure and features stand out, and short hair allows us to really see her. I think a bob would be fantastic too, but my first choice would be how she looks now with short hair. ❤
You realize that it really doesn't matter what you film. You and Eamon's personalities are the reason you are the #1 you tube creators. You two are like legends for all the rest. Sure there are creators that have amazing cinematography (Jonna Jinton) but your personality and "who" you are are why people love you and your channel. Eamon is so lively and funny and you are so genuine and sweet. The world is so lucky to have a glimpse into your lives that you share. Yea.. that’s a bit hard to follow. I mean l understand that you weren’t brought up with any ‘religion’.. but ‘energy’ has to come from somewhere.. and when Bec talks about a soul that lives on, what would be the point of that if there is no Creator..? It’s hard to imagine that traveling the world like you both do, and seeing so much of the beauty it has to offer, that you wouldn’t question how it all came to be and that everything, including life itself has to have a designer..
I love how much more natural and less scripted your videos have started to feel over the past couple of years. I’ll admit that I watched early on because of Lee but I stuck around because I’ve seen over time how compelling you are as people. You’re showing more of your true selves and it makes me wish I knew you both IRL. 💙

Dude, the separate duvets thing is a game changer. As one half of a couple with very different sleep needs, it's the best thing. Everyone is happy doing their own thing and still getting to cuddle together.
In our tiny trailer (our bed like a van bed) the dog often lies in the middle in the morning - which makes the queen duvet slither half off me…brrr. I’m also trying to convince the other half about 2 twin duvets.

I just adore you guys. Bec, being a cancer survivor myself(CIS) and recently having my 4th back surgery in 10 years, it is hard to stay positive sometimes. You have such a beautiful and bright spirit. You make me smile and remind me that I am not alone and I will get back to life. She has talked to me about that feeling before. Please know you are NEVER alone. God is with you most of all! You also have a band of people with you even when you don’t realize it! My mom enjoys Bible journaling and coloring in her Bible. She does this journal thing in a separate Bible that’s not her every day one where she colors about how she’s feeling over the scripture. She does it lightly where you can still read it but she really enjoys doing that with scriptures she relates to she draws how she feels. Also I believe she’s joined Facebook groups before but of course that’s not always for everyone. I am truly praying for you! I completely agree with the energy. My grandma was my best friend. She was my mentor. She was and is my role model. I was the first person she called crying when she found out that she had a brain tumor, and we sat crying together for roughly 45 minutes. Around the time she passed I got into a very abusive relationship. An much as I wish she was still around and some days I felt like I couldn’t keep going I would smell her or feel her. Before she passed she would tell us that she would stay around, and pull pranks on us to remind us of her and to make us smile. She has knocked stuff of selves, randomly poke us and make random noises. There’s not a single day that I don’t miss her but I can still feel her
You guys are amazing. You're one of the first van lifers I followed way back when and I've never looked back. Even if I don't agree with everything, you guys are just so loving and compassionate and have such a willingness to meet and engage people - even Bec the introvert! Honestly, I don't feel any 'fakeness' or pretentiousness, you two just are. And, of course, your love for each other is inspirational! Here is to adding to the fam in 2023-24! Hearing you talk about Lee got me in the feels. I never met my grandma she died when my mum was quite young but I like to think I have met her spirit. I got a song stuck in my head so badly the other night I was whistling it to myself I couldn't stop, I told my mum and she said it was one of my grandmas favourite songs and she must have been there with me 🤍
Bec, you are stunningly gorgeous with short hair and it fits your lifestyle. You are in charge of it, no matter how you moved to it. Such a time saver, lighter on your head, wash & go! More time for the things that matter. When you have kids it will make even more sense. The older you get, the less you want to deal with washing, drying, styling hair. You’ve got more important things to do with your time rather than being a slave to something superficial like hair. I know when you’re young, long hair is important (it’s a high school/college thing), but you would have come to the same conclusion with or without cancer eventually. Eamon and you will make beautiful loving parents when the time comes! In the meantime, enjoy your life to the fullest and thanks for sharing a part of it with us! so happy seeing you two smile. watching you for the last few years, ive grown to love you guys so much. thank you for being real, thank you for being vulnerable. i lost my best friend in 2001, and i still grieve her in different ways everyday. i have a tattoo with her bday and the day she died on my ankle and i feel her with me in my worst moments, like she is the light that reminds me to laugh what i can off and pick my ass up and do whatever i need to, even if its just get out of bed and take a shower. i feel the feelings you have regarding Lee. i understand and i thank you for allowing us to grieve with you. we all need to grieve and its alot easier to do it with someone even if they are just on a screen.

I used to watch you guys all the time and loved you both and your content was off the charts. Then for whatever reason I moved on to other interests and forgot about you guys, sorry! Then recently I thought I wonder if Eamon & Bec were still at it, sure enough here you are. I saw were Bec was going through chemo and my heart sank, oh my goodness you guys were always so healthy and ate so good I thought how could this be happening? The way Bec spoke about feeling Lee with her everywhere, I feel exactly the same way about my younger brother. We lost him suddenly 4 years ago now, and anytime I see a hawk or other bird of prey, I feel that it's him checking in on me. Similar to you guys and the dragonfly for Lee (I think dragonfly?) I really appreciate how honest you both are with your grief, sometimes I need the reminder that there are many of us living with loss and that brings me comfort. So thank you ❤
Thank you for sharing with us! I lost my work partner and one of my best friends this last year. I have had many moments feeling her presence so intensely and her reassuring voice. The grief for her was very intense, as I had just got through breast cancer and she was there for me like no one else. There was a lot of survivor's guilt going on! I can very much relate to the disconnect between what you see in the mirror and the internal picture of how you've always been yourself. It's difficult in a way that no one can understand unless they've been through it. I'd look at my newly and oddly growing hair and would feel rage "That's NOT my hair". It's take a year and a half and I'm finally starting to feel like I see me a bit when I look in the mirror.
I am subscribing because Bec's journey is so powerful. Everyone experiences the meeting with c, the dealing with c and the successes and failures dealt out by c in their own way. Whether it is oneself, one's family person, one's friend or one's acquaintance, each experience is similar and yet different. It is uplifting to see Eamon's constant support.

I never usually comment on here, but wanted to leave words of encouragement that would have cheered me on. My husband had cancer at 25 and we also had to freeze sperm because the chemo was so aggresive. We were told that it would probably not be possible to conceive „naturally“ (whatever that means, every conception is beautiful). We were ready to grow our family two years after his treatment and I got pregnant almost right away, our beautiful son is sleeping right next to me as I write this. I am beyond grateful for him and for my husbands good health every day. Life is good :)
I love your short hair, Bec. You look amazing -- not that looks count, but it's always nice to hear. I was also a person who always had super long hair -- waist length -- and it was a big part of my identity. I was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma and am currently undergoing chemo. I cut my hair into a pixy before chemo, to make the transition easier for when it falls out (currently, it's thinning... pro'lly need to buzz it in about a week). I totally agree with you about loving short hair. It feels so free and light! Like you, I might not go back to long after it grows back. I saw you leaving Trinity behind in Morocco and doing lockdown with Lee. I loved seeing you build van #2 over lockdown! Then buying the cabin and seeing Bec go through burnout, learning of Lee's passing and then Bec's c journey.. I've grown really fond of you. Sure, some of it can feel a bit UA-cam-y but I stick for your personalities and just the radiating positivity in the face of adversity! Every time I see Bec with short hair, I'm blown away by how stunningly gorgeous she is. All her magnificent bone structure and features stand out, and short hair allows us to really see her. I think a bob would be fantastic too, but my first choice would be how she looks now with short hair. ❤

I mean l understand that you weren’t brought up with any ‘religion’.. but ‘energy’ has to come from somewhere.. and when Bec talks about a soul that lives on, what would be the point of that if there is no Creator..? It’s hard to imagine that traveling the world like you both do, and seeing so much of the beauty it has to offer, that you wouldn’t question how it all came to be and that everything, including life itself has to have a designer..

Dude, the separate duvets thing is a game changer. As one half of a couple with very different sleep needs, it's the best thing. Everyone is happy doing their own thing and still getting to cuddle together.
In our tiny trailer (our bed like a van bed) the dog often lies in the middle in the morning - which makes the queen duvet slither half off me…brrr. I’m also trying to convince the other half about 2 twin duvets.

She has talked to me about that feeling before. Please know you are NEVER alone. God is with you most of all! You also have a band of people with you even when you don’t realize it! My mom enjoys Bible journaling and coloring in her Bible. She does this journal thing in a separate Bible that’s not her every day one where she colors about how she’s feeling over the scripture. She does it lightly where you can still read it but she really enjoys doing that with scriptures she relates to she draws how she feels. Also I believe she’s joined Facebook groups before but of course that’s not always for everyone. I am truly praying for you! I completely agree with the energy. My grandma was my best friend. She was my mentor. She was and is my role model. I was the first person she called crying when she found out that she had a brain tumor, and we sat crying together for roughly 45 minutes. Around the time she passed I got into a very abusive relationship. An much as I wish she was still around and some days I felt like I couldn’t keep going I would smell her or feel her. Before she passed she would tell us that she would stay around, and pull pranks on us to remind us of her and to make us smile. She has knocked stuff of selves, randomly poke us and make random noises. There’s not a single day that I don’t miss her but I can still feel her
You guys are amazing. You're one of the first van lifers I followed way back when and I've never looked back. Even if I don't agree with everything, you guys are just so loving and compassionate and have such a willingness to meet and engage people - even Bec the introvert! Hearing you talk about Lee got me in the feels. I never met my grandma she died when my mum was quite young but I like to think I have met her spirit. Bec, you are stunningly gorgeous with short hair and it fits your lifestyle. You are in charge of it, no matter how you moved to it. Such a time saver, lighter on your head, wash & go! More time for the things that matter. When you have kids it will make even more sense. The older you get, the less you want to deal with washing, drying, styling hair. You’ve got more important things to do with your time rather than being a slave to something superficial like hair. I know when you’re young, long hair is important (it’s a high school/college thing), but you would have come to the same conclusion with or without cancer eventually. I used to watch you guys all the time and loved you both and your content was off the charts. Then for whatever reason I moved on to other interests and forgot about you guys, sorry! Then recently I thought I wonder if Eamon & Bec were still at it, sure enough here you are. I saw were Bec was going through chemo and my heart sank, oh my goodness you guys were always so healthy and ate so good I thought how could this be happening? The way Bec spoke about feeling Lee with her everywhere, I feel exactly the same way about my younger brother. We lost him suddenly 4 years ago now, and anytime I see a hawk or other bird of prey, I feel that it's him checking in on me. Similar to you guys and the dragonfly for Lee (I think dragonfly?) I really appreciate how honest you both are with your grief, sometimes I need the reminder that there are many of us living with loss and that brings me comfort. So thank you ❤

Thank you for sharing with us! I lost my work partner and one of my best friends this last year. I have had many moments feeling her presence so intensely and her reassuring voice. The grief for her was very intense, as I had just got through breast cancer and she was there for me like no one else. There was a lot of survivor's guilt going on! I can very much relate to the disconnect between what you see in the mirror and the internal picture of how you've always been yourself. It's difficult in a way that no one can understand unless they've been through it. I'd look at my newly and oddly growing hair and would feel rage "That's NOT my hair". It's take a year and a half and I'm finally starting to feel like I see me a bit when I look in the mirror.
I can't think of anyone who would make better parents ❤ You guys have so much love to give❤

I am subscribing because Bec's journey is so powerful. Everyone experiences the meeting with c, the dealing with c and the successes and failures dealt out by c in their own way. Whether it is oneself, one's family person, one's friend or one's acquaintance, each experience is similar and yet different. It is uplifting to see Eamon's constant support.
I cried while you were talking about Lee. I totally understand when you say she is with you always. And you feel it. I didn’t believe in any sort spiritual higher power until my dad past away….btw you are so incredibly beautiful…you rock that short hair cut!! You are truly a natural beauty! I just love both of you.

I never usually comment on here, but wanted to leave words of encouragement that would have cheered me on. My husband had cancer at 25 and we also had to freeze sperm because the chemo was so aggresive. We were told that it would probably not be possible to conceive „naturally“ (whatever that means, every conception is beautiful). We were ready to grow our family two years after his treatment and I got pregnant almost right away, our beautiful son is sleeping right next to me as I write this. I am beyond grateful for him and for my husbands good health every day. Life is good :)
I love your short hair, Bec. You look amazing -- not that looks count, but it's always nice to hear. I was also a person who always had super long hair -- waist length -- and it was a big part of my identity. I was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma and am currently undergoing chemo. I cut my hair into a pixy before chemo, to make the transition easier for when it falls out (currently, it's thinning... pro'lly need to buzz it in about a week). I totally agree with you about loving short hair. It feels so free and light! Like you, I might not go back to long after it grows back. I feel like my face is now more the focus of attention, instead of my hair, and that feels good. Thanks for sharing your cancer journey with us. It has been so helpful to me, as I go through my own.

The vulnerability even in the small details and just how fun you made what could have just been an easy sit down and shoot video - appreciate all the TLC you put into it all. I saw you leaving Trinity behind in Morocco and doing lockdown with Lee. I loved seeing you build van #2 over lockdown! Then buying the cabin and seeing Bec go through burnout, learning of Lee's passing and then Bec's c journey.. I've grown really fond of you. Sure, some of it can feel a bit UA-cam-y but I stick for your personalities and just the radiating positivity in the face of adversity!
