A small doubt... Now for suppose a necklace or haram of Ruby and emerald mixed is 50 grams . And stone weight is LW 10 grams .
We need to pay 40 G gold cost and + 10 grams stone weight cost which is then what about ruby cost how would precious stones be charged while buying gold ornament.

@@rasheedadia from your example if 10 gram is stone weight, they will convert it into carat. 0.2 gram = 1 carat. 10 grams = 50 carat. If 1 carat is 850 rupees then we need to pay 50*850 = 42500 rupees for stone alone + they charge 75 rupees / gram making charge, 16% VA + GST. In my opinion it's not cost effective...
