Iam baby anthony from kerala.i have around 25years of experiance in this field.i have done assembling and re tubing of heat exchangers and boilers,vertical,horizondal and U bundes,tube size upto 2inches,materials,SS,MS and brass having tube sheet thickness upto 4inches.i have used modern equipments like,electronic torque control unit,hydrolic tube pullers and tube cutter etc.... I have done bundles having 4"tube sheets with grooves inside the holes,with flaring of tube's edges.Thank you.
