Grace surrounds us and holds us like the sky holds everything in it … and as soon as I find a way to let go of my story, I keep seeing over and over again that grace is always here and it includes the forgetting and the remembering. The practice is the opening of the hand to catch the raindrops, which are always falling. If you don't open your hand, you get wet, but you don't get much to drink.

I just finished watching 'Becoming Nobody'. I wept. My soul felt love like I never have experienced before from a man I never met and did not even know existed. In one moment I didn't feel alone. Even in his death his radiant beauty touched me deeply feeling for a moment the truth that I am connected to all things. What beautiful soul - my heart will never be the same and I thank all that is for giving us the beauty of one graced with so much wisdom and love that transcends all in becoming 'I AM'. thank you. thank you. thank you.

I did some mushrooms at this gorgeous park close to my home and it was so profound and beautiful and listing to this song brought me so much inner peace thank you ram dass

I have had four dreams with Ram Das since his passing, and though I have loved and followed him for years he never showed up on the Astral before. I believe he has much more time now that he is flying free, to visit us all and continue his soul purpose. Have any of you been visited recently?

Hopefully with softness and love in your heart, a smile on your face :) x

I recommended this meditation to the Depression Group that I am currently attending. I work in Occupational Therapy and use it with my patients when they are struggling with current, sometimes, life changing events. I find it to be cleansing to my Spirit.

You fly to San Diego, and they pick you up and drive you over the border to rosarita. They also drive you back so you don’t have to worry about crossing the border or anything. The experience was life changing and I can’t recommend it enough. I hope you find happiness my friend
