don’t buy candy, i have the rapido first gen and yesterday the front door fell off the machine and cracked the plastic and broke on it’s own. Without anybody touching it.
@@eli55121 we got the new door and actually i installed it myself which was the easiest thing to do, but weird thing i noticed, the new door has a plastic layer on top of the glass, is that normal, our old one didn’t have that.
The Emergency rinse on this Machine is very good!

it must be like a one hit one miss as mine has been doing good for 2 years now
@@eli55121 thankfully the machine is still under warranty so we can get the door fixed.

That’s a heat shield which is normal
