Thank you so much, one of the important tricks is how to shape the wire according to the stump and the coarse of the proximal cap generally a very minimal primary curve to penetrate some time a secondary curve is needed to direct our wire in the desired stump.

Thanks sir , I already face such a problem in one of the cases, it was tow stumbs, as i cross the proximal one and dilate with balloon , i faced another stumb after just 10_15 mm that was surrounded with tow side branches, one wire was left in the side branch other wire couldnt cross , we didnt have stiff wire, onley pilote 50. thanks again cto needs good preparation, its not easy, indeed .

Excellent demonstration regarding CTO PCI approach, this subject is an essential one in the field of PCI , I believe that it needs many sessions to talk about details from A-Z as each step of PCI is important for success of procedure, i.e. guiding catheters, wires, approaches,….. etc.
Why you didn’t use a extra support guiding catheter for this CTO like EBU or CB catheter??

Thank you dr Hasan , that’s part one . And as I mentioned before , these videos are intended to be short and case based. You’re right a good guide support in an essential part for CTO PCI
