The speed of zooming/panning is now constant. Is it also possible to start slow and slowly increase the speed? Or start slow, increase, and slow down the effect again? In a smooth way, I believe Adobe can do this. But haven't used it in years.

Nice tut, but what if you have 35 pictures...
I would render batches of 5 to 10 images (no more than 10 on my PC) and join the video clips as a final render.
