Appreciate the information. What happens if the Quanity Withdrawn is zero? Does it still mean you already consumed it and it's no longer in our MAT/SIT? Or what steps do I need to take if the Quanity Withdrawn is zero?

Hi sir , we have 3 ways to consume right ? Iwbk for shortages , zissue for what and provisional for what ? Can you explain it to me thank you.

Zissue is for receive supplies at the SSA . It's faster when you use you barcode scanner to scan the MRO
