I have a 2024 DR650 that I installed that same tank on, love it. Remove the upper chain roller, people have broke it off with excessive chain flex while off road. it will leave a big hole in your frame when they brake off. Pro Cycle sells a bolt to put back into the mounting hole in the frame, this keeps water out so the frame won't rust from the inside. Do the PAIR valve delete, this will keep the bike from popping when decelerating, the bike will also run better. Also pull the factory fuel filter out of the fuel inlet tube on the carb, these filters are tiny and clog quick.
