If you not on a dedicated lane you start off at 0.45CPM. If you happen to get lucky and get on a dedicated lane like the Kraft account you can start off around that range.
Bro is cappin about that pay like a mf lmao. OTR with Swift pays .43cpm at the start for loads on the West coast over 500+ miles and .44cpm for East coast. At his experience (6 months) he is getting .50cpm for West and .51cpm for East over 500 miles. The closest he gets to .65cpm is .61cpm for West and .62cpm for East and that's loads 1-149 miles. Eastern Regional Fleet pays .55cpm flat and after a year you move to .56cpm flat. That Costco account is however running out of College Park indeed and goes up to TN and to the Carolinas and back to College Park. - sources are that I'm a recent ex-Swift driver with a friend who just came off of that account. They also pay Bureau miles and not actual, hub, or zip miles.

I was getting. 55c plus .6 on bonuses on the East Coast. Always got 2200 minimum miles. Now doing the lease operator.. 2500 miles week.. 2k per week now before taxes. But I use EFS gas card.
He says;" he started out with PROBABLY like .65¢ cpm." And he really didn't know where he ran out of. Anytime a person answers a question with; "well," then im suspicious of everything they say.

I just left swift 3 months ago , I was working 6 days a week . And I was barely seeing 1k a week . I averaged about 8-900 a week after taxes 😂. They do have a 1k weekly guarantee but yall have to realize that’s before taxes so you gone take home about 8-$900.
I started on May 13th with no experience. Swift is a good company for new drivers. I'm in Lathrop, CA. The pay is 0.50 cents per mile, and there is a $1000 guarantee for six months after the upgrade to Solo OTR.

I'm still in my 4-week training, so I can't say much. But once I'm out there on my own, we'll see what happens. In the meantime, I'm just here to learn and absorb all the knowledge I can. They move on.
