- Join us (Patience and me) for a morning walk. Mid October with temperatures in upper 30s, so a coat and beanie are comfortable. We were out trying some of the drone modes. Every day a walk with nature is a boost from God. We like this place because it is free and open (no fences) and very seldom come across other people. But it is raw nature in this high basin area.
