So great to see Abe San live stream, he's doing fantastic and a pleasure to witness his craft once more.
It's amazing to see a man doing what he likes the most and the people who enjoy the dishes he prepares. I would like to be there eating with them and enjoying the lively atmosphere. His enthousiasm is encouraging me to pursue my own dreams and objectifs. The stale he built by himself looks beautiful and solid, really, a strong and talented man!
Beautiful to see artisans sharing their craft in such a great way...pop-up gourmet restaurants!!! What an awesome concept!!! You could get just about any type of Japanese cuisine on that stretch of road..so much good food and so little time.

Love these tiny street restaurants. And impressed with all the work of setting them up and removing them so frequently.
My man is absolutely 💯% on 🔥, incredible!! He makes my omelette tries look like a child cooking!! Lol!! His are always perfect and the presentation is amazing 👏, yet he can kitchen mutitask like no other!! He even can entertain his customers as he cooks without losing a step or missing a beat!!
