A dog named Apache had a big abscess on his head. Apachi was a friendly and lovable stray, known by the locals as the gentle giant. One day, a kind-hearted animal lover man noticed Apachi wandering around the neighborhood with a painful-looking swelling on his head. The man couldn't bear to see the poor dog suffering and knew he had to help.

I’m confused….at first the dog is called Apachi but later he’s called Max! Really glad that this sweet dog found someone who cared enough to help him, and then loved him enough to adopt him and give him a good home ❤

Yes, the dog has of course been given the traditional plastic lampshade to wear for the next few days.
The must-have fashion accessory for any canine in these types of situation, mustn't have him pawing the plaster.
@neilburns8869: It's cute, calling it a "lampshade", which it does look like, but it's uncomfortable but unfortunately
necessary, so the puppy can't re-injure the wound. It used to be called an "Elizabethan Collar", after Queen Elizabeth
the First of England, who loved to wear ruffled collars. They look awfully itchy to me!.

Yes, of course the dog isn't really that keen on wearing it but unfortunately a necessary practical measure.
Not usually more than a week or two before they thankfully have the lampshade removed.

That was one HELL of an abscess!!! Really would like to know how it started. Ingrown hair? Spider bite, insect bite/parasitic larva, or scrape/cut that became infected? At any rate an abscess THAT size would be a dermatologist's Job of the Year!

Please be better story tellers, the dog’s name changed at different parts of the story. The man, we are told, named the dog Apachi, this is confirmed at 3:08. However, at 3:43 the name has been changed to Max. It’s back to Apachi at 4:59, then it’s Max again at 5:22. At the end of the story, the dog has yet again had his name restored to Apachi.

He was not under when they did this procedure. Poor dog. Had to hurt.
@user-cy5zm4xs21, It's odd, I thought they were giving him anesthesia. He should have had it for that painful
procedure. Perhaps they injected local novocaine, but the doggie was obviously in distress while they were
working on him. I hope he's 100% well now, and happy with the wonderful man who saved him!

It looks like he felt the pain, he was not under like it said it was just local, and it was not enough, why were they not wearing gloves and mask?
Where was his painkillers when in the cage he was in a lot of pain! I cry! 😢 he was only a baby! 😠

more pain control, but that poor baby had already gone through so much, at least they took out the cyst and he has
a wonderful pal who saved him! God give them many happy, healthy years together!
