Review that concept of PEMDAS po, it (1) MD are both on the same level, so in equations involving these two from left to right po ang pag solve. Ex. 2x3/4 -- 2x3 comes first, or 2/3x4 -- 2/3 ang firs step. (2) Same with AS - like 2-3+4 -- 2-3 ang una or 2+3-4 - 2+3 ang first. Basically, left to right ang rule po nila

getting the grasp, medyo confused lang kung sa ganitong scenario ba susundin ang (PE)MDAS esp numbers 2 and 3.. pero I think I understood it.. so we need to follow the flow of operation depending on how it was delivered sa sentence.. tama po ba? kaso naconfuse ako ng malala sa item 4 kasi nd na nafollow yung how it was delivered sa sentence tapos nafollow yung (PE)MDAS... help mee 😅 ang ooverthink ata ako 😭

Hi, whether you start with addition or subtraction here (interchangeable ang A at S sa PEMDAS) or if you follow yung left to right, the answer should still be 14. Kasi you’re adding -6 and 10, not just 6 and 10. You can actually rewrite this as 10 + -6 + 10 which would still be 14. So (10 - 6) + 10 = 10 + (-6 + 10) If you do it na 10 - (6 + 10) that’s actually 10 - 1 x (6 + 10) biglang may multiplication na.

From left to right po ang pag solve. Kung mas nauna ang subtraction sa addition sa equation, uunahin niyo po ang pag-minus bago pag-add.
