I really enjoyed how this movie played out, and I didn’t know what was truly going on in this scene. I think it’s brilliantly done, and it’s been a while since I’ve seen a movie that while I’m watching it I’m thinking oh, oooh, yikes and wow, that’s really cool how they did that. There is a bit going on, and the cast is beautiful. I was only familiar with two male actors in this movie, I was unfamiliar with pretty much the rest of the cast and the director, and I was impressed for sure.
Don't worry this movie is a cash grab. No need to pay to watch it. Hollywood is literally destroying horror due to their cheap dirty scams. No scariness and jumpy moments in horror movies these days. They want quick cash. I say Boycott Hollywood and then they'll come back to their humbleness and honesty.
They already ruined the continuity with the original omen by not making a jackal the mother of Damien. The jackal was the greatest reveal in the Gregory Peck film. They could've had a truly horrific birthing scene! This one has a young, hot nun as the mom and it just becomes another bland by-the-numbers plot. They could've kept this woman as a protagonist, but still have a jackal. Great opportunity missed. Studios probably got too scared to make it truly scary and gross. Should've left it with a small indie production and make it NC-17.
Quite right too! The jackal birth being omitted was a big mistake. Another mistake was not featuring Mrs. Baylock in any way since she is part of the original novel's backstory.
What is going in in this clip. Is Margaret going to give birth and not the teenage girl in the trailer. Are they grooming her for a later encounter that evening. I heard a a great idea from a couple people a woman gives birth to the you know what which births damien.
Moral of the story:
Don't move in with someone you barely know much about...😮
The church provided her rental. True lesson here is don't party w/ someone.

A really good storyline would’ve been to expose (the fictional) Yahweh as the ultimate source of evil.
