I am 74 years old and have enjoyed making sausage for a long time but learn more every time I watch your video's and read such books. I would love to have a copy of 1001 sausage recipes as well
you are the best salesman ever..bought the book ,,a hobart buffalo chopper and a vacuum sealer,,,oh ya and a biro meat bandsaw and a whole lot of spices...NOW knowing that you are by far my FAVORITE sausage/meat guy ,,,even though you cost me a lot of money

Awesome. Authentic brats of all flavors rock. Weisswurst if one of my all time favs and has the same spices as this Rheinische Brat. This is a must try... I'm going to do the coarse ground per the recipe for the first try..... and go from there.

Great video. The Thüringer Brat out of their German Sausage book is the best brat recipe ever in my opinion. It works great with venison as well.
