I am so proud of my mum for planning her retirement. At 81 years, she lives a queenly life...and from this i don't mean she is extravagant...i mean she planned herself and does not depend on us for her upkeep. She has her own plans, travels, works out, and serves in church. An admirable life i must say. All I want is to be like her

These investments can be done when you have two things as young man. One, is God.Two,is having reasonable work or business doing as a young person. Finally, why did i say God first?.Money most times is destructive when you don't know God. Having fear of God as a young man helps you a lot.
My aunt passed away, and I inherited part of her portfolio and $2m in cash savings. I'm 28 years old, and everyone always tells me to invest. So, what stocks are excellent long-term investments? My sole big plan is to use my gains to buy a house in five years.
Honestly just hiree vanguard as an advisor. If you are in the comment section of UA-cam asking stock tips you might not have money for a house in five years
I fully concur, I just use UA-cam for research purposes, I run all my major investment through an investment adviser, the market is just too unstable to handle things on your own. I have consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $3million in gains in close to decade of having one

I battled cancer and you can imagine what that disease does to your finances, family and body. Heheeeee.....people, listen to Joseph and try your best to put into plan all he is talking about. I like this video because it just buttress my plans ahead,I will be 40 this year 2024 and I said to myself is better to plan for my retirement , I have a rental property I have 2 big lands I plan to build my retirement house in one of the lands fence it since i will still have a big empty land I will be using that for agriculture y the other land I plan to fence it round and also be using it for agriculture since I don’t plan to work for anyone when I come back home, am not married neither do have kids even if I start to have kids now by 60 my first child will be around 20 so am waiting for my kids to take care of me with this 3 investment I will be making more than enough to take care of me and my future wife God helping my kids to grow and become successful in the society they will only support me
Instead of Teachers spending time teaching Entrepreneurship Lessons, Economics 2 Papers for 2 years/ 3years .... such lessons are so important for a growing you of 16-24 years.
