Also fyi if you want to heavily abuse the energized effect, you can use ingenious hunter. Fully stacked ingenious hunter only needs 4 AA to proc the energized whereas without the rune you need 7 AA. That's a pretty big jump imo. It also reduces your enchantment cooldown. But ofc you're sacrificing bone plating which a lot ot time wouldn't be too worth it.
Pretty sure hunter doesn't work with enchantments unless they changed it
Never understood using bone plating if people don't use defensive boots.. Might as well ramp up ur damage with 30 AD if you manage to complete your zombie ward stacks..
@@KobiSheero It works, try yourself with hydra. Idk where you got that info from, but this one i personally tried myself.
@@sakuya1185 You mean second wind or bone plating? Bone plating will always be good no matter what, if you're talking about second wind then you could theoretically be correct since it scales off of hp.

idk why but riftmaker is disabled for some reason? anyone know why?
They patched for 5.2a today and - among other things - they made some changes to Riftmaker's passive, probably they have messed up with its code and Riftmaker was causing bugs, so they disabled it until they fix it.

The lvl 1 laning phase was kinda rusty ngl..
At that point in game, you no longer need BT since IE will outshine it despite being a terrible item. BT is seriously a weird item, it's made to be a late game item but better to buy it early. They should remove the crit chance so it's a lot more viable to buy as a last item.
Agreed on IE being better as a 4th item, even though it's currently in a terrible state.
I just wish they decreased IE cost by 100 and gave it either 5 more AD or 10% more Crit dmg.
I'm not sure I'd like Crit being removed from BT though.
@@Exacerberus I just don't know when to buy BT because of the crit chance. Tbf stormrazor is much more powerful in the early game, but i don't want to miss BT stats either. If they remove the crit chance not only it'll serves as a perfect adc last item, it'll also be viable for on-hit users, so no stat wasted right?
@@hey9974 But you seem to be assuming no ADC would ever want to buy BT as a Crit item... Yet some ADCs like say Draven, Samira, Nilah, etc have to get close and personal to do their job and need the extra sustain.
I understand overcapping on Crit feels bad but they could just add an extra high AD and physical vamp item instead than changing BT, yet atm there are plenty of AD items to round up a crit build: Runaan's, BotRK, Maw, GA, BC, Trinity, Edge of Night, Eclipse, etc.
@@Exacerberus That applies to old BT, shieldbow does it better in terms of survivability. Plus those three champs that you mentioned often times fighting in lower health, making BT passive useless, it's like buying BT on tryndamere which is dumb. This is why i said that BT in such a weird spot.
@@hey9974 Tbf those champion health pools would yoyoing very fast, but if Shieldbow wants to compete with BT as an early item it needs more AD and raw vamp. Or give it more AS, but it definitely needs something.

You can, technically Stormrazor is a good item on Jinx because you can proc it with your rockets and almost ensure you'll land her 2nd ability.
Still BT, Runaan's, Magnetic Blaster, Mortal Reminder, optional item feels stronger on Jinx.

@@kanzaki_1408Ok so this may go a little in depth and technical but some things need to be tackled right away:
- Energized is not a unique passive - despite looking exactly like one from in-game text, blame Riot for the usual lack of clarity - Energized is instead a non unique status.
- because of that items with Energized status effects aren't mutually exclusive - unlike items sharing unique passives with the same name (like Spellblade for Trinity, Iceborn Gauntlet, Lich Bane or Lifeline for Sterak's Gage, Immortal Shieldbow, Mantle of the 12th Hour, etc) -.
- since Energized items can stack you can combine Magnetic Blaster and Stormrazor; Blaster's unique passive Power Blitz will help Stormrazor's passive proc 25% faster as well (technically it would work with say Luden's and Harmonic Echo as well but only for their movement part).
- the rune Ingenious Hunter fully stacked provides 45 item Haste, which equates to 31% cooldown reduction on all item passives - unless it's stated they have a fixed cooldown - so it works with stuff like Magnetic Blaster, Crown of the Shatter Queen, Guardian Angel, Heartsteel, any Spellblade passive, basically 90% of other item passives as well as boot enchantment actives such as Stasis and QSS.
- neither Magnetic Blaster nor Ingenious Hunter can make the Energized rune Fleet Footwork proc faster.

No.. Stuart discovered my secret build..
He had already covered this build and everyone knew about it anyway, there's no such thing as "secret builds": if it's not a known build it's just not a viable one.
@@Exacerberus I don't watch his streams nor a lot of his videos if he ever did, I was doing this way back during the Shadow Isles thematic.
As for the "if everyone knew it", I BARELY saw anyone use these two items together, let alone someone using Stormrazor, I saw it less than 10 (probably even 5) times during all the games I played.
