@@musicworship4520 no it makes sense. Most people make their surroundings presentable before making videos or taking pictures. Not a big deal and no need to get so defensive about it.
Some years ago, I put on some exercise videos to do with my Grandmother. She replied that there’s no use for that at her age and that she can’t even do them due to her age. Then I showed her this video and she began to cooperate. She turned 101 Tuesday last week. Still sharp as a tack. She keeps schedule for us and remembers everything we have ever done wrong.
Yes, I hope this will be encouraging enough to my 84 year old aunt who is in the habit of playing the invalid and relying on others to do her daily chores.
@@ladansamooty581 My Grandma who I mentioned in the OP is now 102 and God willing will turn 103 in April. I can rarely get her to cooperate nowadays but once in a blue moon she will exercise with me. But at her Golden Centennial years, she earned the right to rest and to do whatever she wants. However this past month I have been exercising every day with my 99 year old Grand Uncle (Mother's father's sister's husband) who I have been the live in caretaker for since he fractured his L2 lumbar last month. He still gets up quicker than me and is sharper in the morning. And he doesn't even use his walker 1/3rd of the time, although I wish he would since it is safer and helps him navigate. I hope your Aunt lives a long happy life and she's willing to try stuff like that with you.
I'm 68, too! Lots of good 15 min senior exercises on You Tube. I'm hooked. I've even done some of the seated ones, and they're a good start. I start with '15 min Tai Chi'. Good news...dancing counts, too! It's easy to get hooked. Just commit to 5 min per day and I bet u do more!

You can do it, it'll be hard restarting at first, but you shouldn't give up there is no harm in trying to restart exercising again. My 90 year old grandfather spends 3 hours everyday in the garden in the morning cutting and trimming the plants and flowerbeds and constantly thinking of ideas to make the garden more attractive and colourful for passersby to admire, mind you it's a small garden but it's his pride and joy and what keeps him moving and happy.
