I just tried CurlSmith’s Bond Rehab Salve. It’s soooooooo good! I’ve heard mixed reviews on their other products as their pertain to coily hair. Thanks for the review😊

I love thick products and I love oils so I may try this line

If that is what your hair likes, then you may actually love this line. Thanks for tuning in.

I have never tried curl smith. Stick to your truth and don’t read any ingredients at all. Protect yourself. You are not giving the date so leave the ingredients out. Your reviews are great! This can cut the length of time down. Have a great day!

I don't like the orange line at all... the blue and purple lines are much better for our hair.

I agree with this. I believe the orange line is best for high porosity hair. The blue and purple lines are alot better.

Good to know. Hopefully I'll like the strengthen line better.

I agree! I only like the blue line for my 4B/4C hair.

I think folks start off with the wrong products based on that quiz, have poor experience and then write off the whole brand. I've tried almost everything and have settled on what is worth the repurchase: the blue DC, leave in and flexijelly, the 3-1 cream from the purple line, rehab salve.. that's it.

I think your hair turned out fine, but I definitely understand your review. I determined some time ago that many Curlsmith products weren't for me due to the formulations and oil content. I do love the rehab bond salve.

Thank you! A lot of people say that they like the rehab bond salve, so you are not alone there. I still want to try the gel just to see if it works for me, but most likely this brand won't become a staple. Thanks for tuning in.

I wonder is it the black pepper oil of that caused the itching

Who knows? This line is just not my cup of tea, but I can see it being great for high porosity hair. Thanks for tuning in.

I have the Double Cream deep conditioner. After using it my conclusion is that it is not for my hair. It's just ok. For me it's not worth the $$. I will not be repurchasing.
    Thanks, as always, for your
    honest reviews.

I hope when you try the In Shower Style Fixer, you have a good experience. It was a big NO for me. I think my hair reacted crazy to the high amount of aloe in that aloe? It also left a weird residue on my hair. But, I have a different hair texture than you - white lady with bleached 😬fine hair. I see other curlies and coilies who like this gel, so maybe 🤔it’s just my weird hair? I also didn’t have success with the Curlsmith Soufflé 👎🏼. I do like their Hydro Flexi Jelly and the new Shine Strong gel.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the products. I hope it doesn't leave a residue on my hair, I can't stand residue or a coated feeling. Fingers crossed that I like it. Thanks for tuning in.

Hey Rae nice video. I won Curlsmith's Hot Dummer Curl contest a few years ago and received a nice quantity of their products. I also have made a nimber of purchases. I have high porosity low density hair and enjoy using the Double Cream Deep Quencher, the Oil in Cream, the In-Shower Style gel in the moisture line. I also like using the Moisture Memory Reactivatorand the Hold Me Softly Style Balm to remoisturize and retwist my hair during the week. The Bond Salve is another favorite along with other products in the purple line. I also like the blue Scalp line particularly three step.ckeansing ptocess.. Please be sure to try the In-Shower Style Fixe, it's one of my favorite botanical gels.

Hi Rae! I like your twist out . I would like to know how long it lasted . I have the Curlsmith bond curl rehab which I really like. I have their double deep quencher. It’s ok, I had to work it in my hair. I’ll use it up but would not repurchase it. I also have their scalp detox line. I like that as well. I’m still on the fence on purchasing in shower gel fixer and multi task conditioner. I do have to suggest a new product I’ve tried that I love. I’m new to your channel so I’m not sure if you’ve tried it. Big Poppa cowash - it’s my favorite. Cleaned my hair very well. Great lather and little goes a long way. It does have a bubblegum smell but I loved it. I do love As I am cowash , Mane choice 3 and1 conditioner and Eden cowash but the Big Poppa in my opinion gave me a better cleanse. As always keep your videos coming♥️

Hi and Welcome to the channel. I washed my hair after day 3 because I didn't like the feel of it. It could've lasted longer, but my scalp was itchy as well. I have not tried the Big Poppa Gel or the One Love Cowash and probably won't because I believe the cowash has a silicone in it and I prefer not to have silicones in my cleansing products. I do know a lot of people like it, but I think I'll stick to Eden BodyWorks for now. Thanks for the suggestion, though, and thanks for tuning in.

Thanks for your review. I wondered why you did a DC after a cowash? Especially for the $$ of the brand. If I cowash I find just applying a lightt conditioner or leave in is good before stylers.
I’ll try this brand after I use up my stash. 🙏🏿

I wanted to do a review on the moisture line and it does not have a shampoo. So, I picked up what I could to give me a complete wash day so I could review the line. Thanks for watching.

Hey Rae! 😊 Thanks for ur thoughts on this line. I wasn't a fan of that cowash either😒 got sample size of the in-shower style fixer...used it but can't remember why I never reached for it again. It probably will be trash🥴
On the other hand the hydro Crème Soothing mask💙 will repurchase when I use up some of this stuff. I have the purple one too...love to hear ur thoughts. 🌞🌞🌞

Your curls came out beautiful. Curlsmith can be hit or miss sometimes it’s the wash products that work better sometimes it’s the stylers. I’ve tried the hold me softly balm with in shower fixer and it works nicely. Since the hold me softly balm can act as a leave in I’ve found it to mix well with a lot creams and gels from other brands .Probably my favorite would be the oil in cream and in shower fixer , the moisture the definition the hold we’re on point for me . And when I was transitioning those combos were amazing now being fully natural and both of those creams have coconut oil in it my scalp can’t take it.

Your hair looks nice Rae. I have all those products I just haven't tried them yet. I'm thinking I will try them in the winter time when it's colder. I do like the bond salve and the multitasking conditioner; I use it as a rinse out conditioner

The only thing I use from this line is the Moisture Memory Reactivator. I love using it to remoisturize my hair throughout the week.
