You will need a police clearance from any country you have stayed in for more than six months.

No it has to be a police clearance. Exit stamp will not work

You have to check if they process DV lottery winnings.

Hi Nafula! Please in a case where one is legally married with a certificate from the Civil council and your husband is not willing to come along with you at the embassy or even travel to the USA. What are your chances?
Initially, he never welcomed the idea of moving out but I and the kids decided to apply even when he refused to provide his photo. Thank God I was able to use his pic in my phone to apply his own form
If you win just indicate on your Ds 260 that you will not be traveling with him

Hi Nafula, if someone is legally married, blessed with kids and after being selected the hubby decides not to migrate to America, what will happen.
On your Ds 260 just say you are not immigrating with them
Hello..what if the names in the marriage certificate was interchanged from the passport.. like the sir name was placed in the middle and there is a spelling error.

No. You only forget if you lied otherwise all the questions were about you and your derivatives
@nafulasharleen like am asking for those that have visa for other countries. Immigration files shows different information like one is married has children. Then green card they applied single with no children. Probably they couldn't access the photos or they are not interms with the partner. Apart from the information someone submits on their own do the embassy get immigration files of the applicant from existing data. Because nowadays all information are digitized.
