Loved this. I'll rarely watch a video this long but I was hooked. You're a beast at riding and seem like a cool down to earth guy on camera. Nice work.
Hi, just wondering if you or any of your buddies have ridden the 2020/2021 RM Element? I have a 2019 Instinct BC and thinking of a lighter shorter travel bike in addition to my BC, i have my eye on a 2020 Carbon -90 Element, just figured you might have ridden one, its at a bike shop in Quebec Canada
Dave's UA-cam - ua-cam.com/users/daveherr - the video said to check out his channel but no thumbnails at the end... maybe I'm too early :) Here is Dave's final run on this line - ua-cam.com/video/CLkP0chOEWE/v-deo.html - Amazing line! Even better having watched this video about how technical it was first.
Loving the videos. I enjoy watching them with my kids to give them a taste of REAL trails lol. I've seen you wearing a half helmet and a full face. My kids wonder why. So here you go...... why and what is your preference and reasons. Thanks for being a great you tuber
I watched his contest line it looks amazing, but when he talked about his crash it got me wondering what is your biggest mountain biking injury you’ve had, I am living through mine right now and will be until the start of summer probably and it happened on labour day
At least you didn’t fracture your leg in three places doing a warm up lap on a green trail and drive 2 hour to a hospital then wait almost 6 hours to leave with a long leg cast
Love how this turned out! Aside from having to talk on camera, this was really fun to put together!
It looked completely natural my man, don't even stress!
Yeah, really enjoyed your explanations!
was cool to see you walk through the line, you did great on camera dude.

is it just me or is this one of the best mtb channels on youtube? that nobody knows about?
Yes
Harry Burns and seths bike hacks
It is and I had seen many videos of his but just realized last night I wasn't subbed yet. Now I'm getting these videos popping in my feed 🤘
Yep. I've said it so many times, he's the Bob Ross of the MTB UA-cam world.
@@RobJMTB yeah, there's a reason I watch his videos so soon after they come out
Most underrated mtb channel on UA-cam
THE definitive Salvation video. You are one mad lad, Dave.
It was sped up for sure 😝
@@VanCan nobody notices 5%!
Thanks brah
@@DaleStone I've gone as high as 8.5%
@@DaleStone - Oh... that's why I look like I'm going Punter speed on video!!! 🥾
I LOVED this video. Fantastic to see these features up close. And what it takes to do them.
His explanation are so on point, it's even soothing to listen to
Very good video! Thanks! And very cool to have the whole thing explained, way greater appreciation of the skill and risks involved!
This is fire VanCan! Keep up the amazing work and keep shredding I can’t wait to see you have millions of subs!
This was awesome! Loved the format!
This guy is insane on the bike, not even human, keep it up bro!!
Thanks!
Saw his submission to the contest on reddit a day ago. Absolutely amazing!
Saw it on GoPro! The speed you went through was mental! 😅😄🤙🏽
Thank you!!
What a really well spoken guy!
Thank you!!
This video teach us how difficult is it
I wanna watch more this kinds of video on North Shore Trails.
Respect! This trail is mental.
Dude!! Pretty sure I just saw this run on reddit. SO SICK!! Love ya work mate!
Me too! It's on the r/MTB page.
Same
I wanna ride there badly! Although I don’t think I could do it at that speed 😳 impressive!
Dave’s skinny speed is unreal!
Don't worry Lewis your still the king of Inners !!
That's how I feel when I watch you jump, corner, go fast, etc.
2 Van Can uploads in a row! Woot!
Your riding skills are insane.
is it just me or does this guy seem to be smart af?
Your footage always looks so amazing. What bit rate option do you use on your GoPro? Any secrets for not loosing quality when uploading to UA-cam?
I think the key is having 4K video, even you shoot in 1080 it's worth it to upscale to 4K.
Very pleasant to see Hooks Rufio picked up mountainbiking and killing it! Have my vote

I still can’t get over my fear of the tight trees before the teeter totter

I think I mighta seen you there, I saw someone recording on Seymour on Sunday
Oh MAN!!!!! I saw this yesterday!!!! Unreals. He got my vote.
Thanks for the support!
When I grow up, I want to be 1/10th as good as Dave!
Would you rather ride North shore wood work and tech or whistler flow
Are you going to make a video on coast gravity bike park? Keep up the great work 👍👍👍
Yup!
Just saw it yesterday, amazing
Seems like Super Mario to me...a lot of trial and error to clear this trail! Nice one!
Might have seen this on the gopro pink bike best line contests hmmm 😄👍
I sent the long log drop blind. Thought the drop was smaller lol
3:30, I did that head first into concrete once, it sucked!
I was wondering are trailbuilders going and fixing those issues that Dave was talking about with the trail or does it just create another challenge?
much as i love remy's crazy line, my vote is with dave, his run was perfect in this skinnies.
Thank you Toj!!
Amazing video love your account
Bruh this looks so damn hard

Mostly just heat. Sometimes it’s just too hot to wear a full face.
So do you think Salvation is the hardest trail on the North Shore? Seems like it...
In terms of features/woodwork, it's the hardest. There were harder trails, but they've been left to rot unfortunately.
I watched his contest line it looks amazing, but when he talked about his crash it got me wondering what is your biggest mountain biking injury you’ve had, I am living through mine right now and will be until the start of summer probably and it happened on labour day
Really nice video
holy shit I saw this run like a day ago on Reddit lmao.
Do you know how many tries it took?
It took just over three dozen tries spread over two sessions. I did probably about the same amount in 2018, plus a handful of rides before that.
@@ddangerousddave great dedication Dave, I always try to comment on reddit and shit to check you out, the skinny master!
@@endurogod-r1e Thank you for the support!
New immediately who it was by the colour of the bike 😂
Me watching in awe with my arm in a cast because I broke my wrist going otb a blue trail.
At least you didn’t fracture your leg in three places doing a warm up lap on a green trail and drive 2 hour to a hospital then wait almost 6 hours to leave with a long leg cast
good ol salvation
Salvation is my favourite trail. Can’t let the north shore die
Why don’t they redo anything is it for mtb history.
Do you win or lose 10k?
Nice video
Now I realize im not really good at biking 😔
Haha i Ride the same Bike like him for two years
Here early
