I feel that my DNA has changed. My sense of hearing, smell and vibration have become increased. My intuition, the Holy Spirit, has helped me from the dark ones plots and plans which has allowed me to stay safe and healthy. God and his Divine Angels have my back against these dark ones. Amen

💚💚💚the upgrade symptoms are crazy. Sometimes I feel so depleted and not so much others. But when they start feeling depleted, I feel charged like 2 Red Bull charged. When it gets to much I ground to mother earth as well as asking my guides to help me balance my energies. While doing breath work while holding a Mudra in one or both hands. I love this journey of life now. I know I have a mission to fulfill and never lose sight of that . But I also remember me wanting to incarnate for beloved Gaia to ascend and to help fellow humans as well . But I also came to this life to experience life as a human on earth. I have been feeling so much going on with my crown and my body . For the first time in four years the giant solar flares didn’t knock me in my butt for days. Had a headache for two days and a little fatigue. However the bliss energy and the internal excitement is really interesting.
