This technique did not work for me at all. But the lashify lashes that are made to go underneath your natural lashes really work. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to get them right but it is way better than what they've done in this video. You use mascara type of glue for the lashify lashes too but it actually works and looks natural
I would love to know as well if it worked lol I love doing makeup but as much as I’ve practiced or taken a tonnn of time patiently trying to be precise with my lash application, I just cannot get the hang of it. Been trying at least 7 or 8 years now

I get why you'd think that. I have super full long natural lashes too. But when doing bold make up looks, no matter how good your own lashes are, nothing finishes it off like a false lash. Usually bold eyeshadow looks look trash until the moment you put on a lash. So even for those whom are blessed with great natural lashes, this Is a good hack.
You gotta be careful putting lashes under the lashes like this. The danger of putting artificial lashes under the natural lash line is the risk of causing corneal abrasion or ulcerations that can go on to cause infection or scarring. Just a fyi.
I had a friend who's curler pad fell out & she ended up cutting off all of her lashes off of one eye 😂 Horrified me enough to ALWAYS CHECK that the pad is in.

Exactly. She probably had to try this WAY too many times to get it to work… I’m not stupid… even if it did somewhat work… it didn’t just go on that easily. She recorded that multiple times at the least to get that shot.
I’m a pretty average straight dude, so idk much about makeup, but before I started dyeing my eyebrows I used to use makeup to darken them (eyebrow gel). Looks like she’s using a strong eyebrow gel/wax, maybe even a soap brow or soap brow inspired product. Prob colors in the background w/ a pencil and then uses the clear gel to shape it, maybe even a pigmented gel. Again, I could be 100% wrong, but for like 4 months I used to regularly do my eyebrows until I decided to dye them. (Side note: I 100% recommend dyeing your eyebrows. Best beauty decision I’ve made. I just wake up and I’m ready to go, and they look so much better overall.)

When I first seen a lash curler, that’s what I thought it was for. Been thinking this and doing it since 2000 but I don’t wear lashes that often either.
I finally found a way to put lashes on curly lashes: black eyeliner lash glue, hold lashes down with a lash comb and apply the lashes from the outside in to the lash glue. Once they are stuck use a clean spoolie to blend your lashes to the false lashes. No mascara needed and it looks very natural
Your skin and make up is beautiful you look very natural yet enhanced I wish my skin looked like this even at your age it was not now I exfoliate a lot to try to rub off the wrinkles LOL
If you're willing to put wax on your lashes, just use waterproof mascara after you curl them as normal. Waterproof will keep your lashes curled until you use an oil to remove it.

The real trick is to never apply a full row of lashes. Use halfsies, bundles or individual. They wear sooo much more secure as well!

Yeah, as a hairdresser, i use clear extension glue and they last days. Bagbomb or any oil based product to get it off.
Instead of brow wax you can use Vaseline
