Twice baked potatoes are a big hit in our family. What is the difference between double and twice baked? I noticed yours are filled with lots of filling whereas most places (including my own) are not that filled. Those plates here in the states are collector pieces. You will find them hanging on a wall or displayed in a cabinet and never, ever eaten on. My mom was a big plate collector at one time. Victoria, I am with you about the spinach! I may or may not have eaten almost a full container of spinach thru-out the day two days ago. LOL Since ragina is on a Spanish kick, why not use the full Spanish title, "Patata al horno doble, ensalada de chiles con carne y hierbas"?
