Babita gets caught in an electric current while roasting breads. Pappu also gets caught on coming in contact with her. Smita ultimately manages to let them free. 'Gutur Gu' is the silent series, which follows the life of Balu. Balu lives with his family, which includes his wife Smita, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kumar. He is supported by his friend Pappu Maharaj, who is also the family’s cook. Their active neighbours include a small boy by the name of Cheeku, Dr. Invento - the scientist, and a local bully. As the Kumars embark on various adventures, they inevitably fall into trouble. Balu’s innocence and enthusiasm ensure that he finds adventure even in the most mundane and dull life situations.
