Is it possible to make something like this but in subminals. Mainly targeting the DNA
I've done a lot of experimentation with different kinds of programming and never got reliable results from subliminals. It's not clear what the threshold is for volume and speed. It's safer to rely on clearly audible affirmations and listen often enough that it repeats by itself in your head. That's when you know you have subconscious acceptance. The fact is that anything will have a subliminal effect when you're not explicitly paying attention to it. So if you're listening in the background, or at a low but audible volume, it will achieve the subliminal interpolation you're looking for.

Listen during the day. The music on this one is too high energy to listen to while falling asleep. The gold ones are more mellow, so they can be used at night. This is good to listen to while working, running, doing other things.
