I love love peppers and I feel you on wanting to do and preserve more this garden season! I had my second baby last July and had to abandon the garden. It’s hard letting all that hard work go, even when it’s for a very good (and cute) reason haha! This will be our year 😊

Hope you have better luck with pepper seedlings than I have. My tomatoes are looking good though. They will be ready to transplant on Monday if the weather stays nice (10 day forecast) Always a rush to get them out early to beat the summer heat, but also dodge the late freezes. Neighbor brought me 2 eggs my chickens laid in their yard. Mine truly like to roam.

The only peppers I was able to grow were so hot last year. So I ended up making Habanero Pineapple hot sauce to cool it down and have not had the courage to try my Carolina Reaper.
I’d like to try growing the habanero pineapple. That sounds delicious if used in the right dish. I don’t blame you in the Carolina Reaper…… I don’t think I’m that brave! Thanks for watching!
