I just bought this today. I wasn't actually looking into getting any wireless earbuds. Now that I've seen your review, I wouldn't say it's a regret getting it but the one take that I know I won't be doing is that I won't use it for calling purposes but music and gaming wise, it's great. Not crazy great but enough for me to listen.
As I do not know how old is your Bluetooth hardware.. it will be best to update your Bluetooth firmware first and then try to connect any bluetooth devices

I currently use xt62 and for calling while use on both left and right earphone. Microphone will be always set in left side for calling. Do you know how to set it to switch to the right side or enabled it both sides?

Unfortunately, after several months of usage the leaf earbud bat life suddenly die after 15 mins of usage (Which is obviously now defective). Now, I really wanted to buy a new one. However, I’m hesitant to huy the baseus again because of the issue. Do you have something to recommend? At least with similar sound quality Baseus wm02. I don’t mind if it’s a little more expensive. I just really don’t know what to buy. Please help me Sir. More power to your awesome channel!

Probably go into the audio setting within your phone
Make sure the audio channel setting is set to balance

Try to re do the bluetooth pairing and besides that, make sure there is battery left in the left earbud
I just recieved mine in pink and lilac/purple. The pink one works beautifully, but the latter, is not synching together. 😢
Try the factory reset. If it doesn’t work, contact the reseller

Hmmmmm… sometimes, you need to manually switch the microphone to XT62 by tapping on the “Speaker” icon after you accepted the phone call
