The teemo matchup is relatively hard as morde because blinds can deny his passive and morde does a lot of auto damage. Against a teemo you rush armor boots into rylais+tank items.

yesterday a was playing teemo top and there was a morde and darius angainst me (duo lane the hole time, i was like bruh wth is this game) and they just ended up like this morde here, tryn to poke me but couldnd reach me and i was freezing wave under tower and somehow was 2levels above them, so i killed them both and they ended up feeding me xd
id of paid a small fortune to be able to see the team chat after they tried to 3 man you with both of their fed team members and you kill all 3 of them then kill morde too xD
