I had purchased a used car and they did not provided second key with it nor the chip u mentioned..i visited them again for second key they say they dont have it..what should i do?
You don’t need to worry about that if they don’t have it. It’s just a spare key in case you lose the main key. If you want a spare key you need to visit suzuki dealership and ask them to program a new spare key for you.

Aap nay kaha kay duplicate key say horn bajna shuru ho jaaye ga. Kya sirf aik baar bajay ga ya continuously? Agar continuously bajay ga to kya remedy hai?
Dupicate key se horn nhi bjy ga tab to start hi nhi ho gi agr wo program na hui ho.
