I have 403 forbidden when I want to access web interface ricoh mpc 3502 , I checked the laptop it is ok , there is some settings prevent me from accessing it , could you halp ? thank you

I followed exactly the same steps. The machine is taking a print command however unable to scan documents from on machine.
