I went the extra mile and built ONLY haste items and my shark was 23 seconds. 1st skill was 3 seconds, 2nd skill 5 seconds, 3rd skill 4 seconds.
After a takedown shark was 17 seconds. It does significantly less damage than your build since it doesn’t even have a death cap but it one shots late game anyway.
By the way if you take phase rush you basically start playing on URF mode, in exchange for burst damage.
the reason why I didn't went for full abilty haste build was because I want to keep his one-shot potential
been eyeing on that phase rush though

How do you do the long map while walking and trying to use ult? My camera just stays within my character @1:12
I think It's normal... He was just walking while using the minimap....
He was using his thumb to move the joystick and most probably his index finger to use the map of the same hand( That's how I do it btw)...
i use my left index finger to pan the map and at the same time aim my ult

There's actually a setting that lets u do that, I'll find out exactly what it is, how to find it and then edit this message.
Edit: Go into settings, tap "Controls", and scroll down till you see the "Camera" category. Right under the label, u should see "Aim panning". Just turn that on.
U can even hit the question mark next to "Aim panning" to get a visual of and description of what that is.

don't know if she needs cooldown items at all
she doesn't need any Ability Hasye at all bruh. In Teamfight your ult is gonna get reseted anyway
