Bucket Head and Paul aré só much alike. But yes, Lang os powerfull drummers, unfortunetly this solo ends on the Dame dinâmic as the start. He gás others solos that are way more creative, he has technic and stamina for everything.

yes he is fast and yes technical abilitites and of course he is great but where is the feel the solos get boring after a little while even though he is doing some amazing shit it just doesnt put you in a trance like Bonham or Paice to name a couple im just saying and i bet those 2 would tell you tje Lang is way better then they were but i enjoy those guys solos from begining to end

Think about this...the most technically difficult routines sound like crap unless you have to think...how difficult it is. Music and thinking do not go together well...music is about FEEL.
When I think of Lang I think "book". Drum tricks and very "white". I actually hate his style and what he has to say. I'm a pretty damn good drummer of 45 years BTW.
