Brymo is undoubtedly one of the greatest of all time in Nigeria, his music is unique, I practically listen to the guy every day, Oso, Klitoris, Tabula Raza, Yellow, Esan wow Esan, and yeah Theta, very lovely albums, I never get tired one day

Brymo thinks so differently that you can almost call him a mad man. But the truth is you need to be a mad man to be exceptional.
Brymo sounds just as crazy as the talented artiste he is. Lol, I felt so stressed listening to him, laughing every second like he’s high on something. I am a fan of his music though.

I don't think he is high on anything. I believe it's a mixture of shyness, loads of emotions and an eccentric personality. You'll notice he couldn't make constant eye contact with the interviewer.
This voice would be good to hear in a motion picture.

So enjoying this conversation...i quite agree with Brymo if Fela was on a private record label, nothing about the raw words would have floated to the media by now...back then it was controversial but it is now termed as the truth and a prophesy.
Facts
I get the part of labels trying to control everything and it ends up becoming fake. You can buy streams on platforms to make the artist get tons of plays therefore making them look bigger than they are but when it’s time for them to sell out shows, they have a mediocre turn out and have to cancel the shows because they can’t sell tickets versus if it’s organic, it will always be organic which is why artist like 50 cent, years later is still able to sell out shows without even really dropping new records

Brymo’s thinking is soo deep..when labels have the ability to control the market, artistes stop giving their all and believe that anything they release will be accepted so far PR is 100. No cap, a lot of artistes have declined in quality of their output due to this.

I was put onto his music when I was 19 or 20 to see that he couldn’t even get his royalty back for his most popular and celebrated art is such sadness. I am glad he’s in a better place mentally physically but he was literally trying to laugh through the painful things in his life that he had gone through. So sad wishing this man all the best.
