I love the part about walking slow. I never knew it made much of a difference. But one day after yoga i was in this peaceful zone and walked really slowly on my errands and even though im in my 50s i got several men speaking to me and saying hello from their cars. It was quite surprising. I thought I had lost the magic 😂

Priceless training. Thank you Mina. While listening I went to collect my car after it was repaired. I walked into the mechanic’s very slowly- I had my color on, a bit of frills, and so on- but more importantly my mood was like I was embodying this training. “Can I bring your car around for you?” the guy eagerly was dying to help me. Reflexively I caught myself saying “That’s ok” ( oooops) but remembered a very embodied grateful “thank you so much,” looking up at him with eye contact. It was just a moment. There are so many opportunities to practice, I just love it. Part two yes please!!!! I am excited to keep practicing this all day- even while alone.

    Mina,
First of all, you look like a Goddess! secondly, I can’t express how much you’ve changed/impacted my spiritual life (relationship with God) financial life, romantic life (marriage) and physical life (physical/internal beauty). I’ve completely leveled up from the inside out, inner work/feminine energy work has changed every aspect of my being. You’ve shown us all the life we want exists, I love what you teach but most importantly what you embody. I’m sooo magnetic thanks to you!! You’ve changed our lives in so many ways, I can go on and on but just want to give you your flowers and say Thank you. most importantly thank God for giving you the courage to just show up… imagine if you never had the courage to get on UA-cam 12 years ago…

There was one day I went to the park and decided to leave my phone in the car. While I was there I got approached by two different men which rarely ever happens
I guess it made my energy more open and alert. If you’re trying to get approached more in public try leaving your phone behind when you go places.
I feel like men can smell and sense that on you and it makes it easier to come make conversation

Such great tips, Mina! I've started wearing corsets, stopped wearing/buying as much black and am studying Nigerian fashion for women (especially the color palettes). If I feel like wearing black, I switch to either navy or burgundy, unless the black garment gives me an interesting silhouette. The corsets have changed my life. In a world wear women just wear sweat pants, hoodies, leggings and generally want to look unisex, the bar is extremely low to stand out. Another "fussy" thing are nails. Having intricate nails will give goddess energy and get people to do things for you because "i just did my nails" 😘.

Btw, as a tall girl I feel a bit uncomfortable wearing heels because I feel like it makes me too tall for most men, is there any other way to archive the same effect without heels?
    Love you Mina!❤

    • @Theuniverseguru
      @Theuniverseguru  Рік тому +29

This is a super valid concern that many tall girls can have. In this case, I recommend adding the following elements to your footwear (doesn't have to all be in one shoe! lol)
      1. Nude sandals
      2. Something very open and strappy (like a no shoe look)
      3. smoothing with a lot of girly feminine details.
      4. Something pointy.
Also make the other overall outfit and energy super feminine to balance everything' out.

I love this video. Thank you so much, Georgous! ❤️
I am amazed how almost all of cultures, religions, spirituality is connected - because everything of you said including colors etc. it is exactly what we are already using in slavic feminine wisdom.
Mina, I have a specific question about heels.
I am digging topic a little bit more. I'll tell you things what I know.
So in our slavic part of the world, the wisdom says - that woman is the most connected with the Earth, and heels unfortunately cut connection with the Earth putting as physically far away, so after spending all days in heels we are very energetically disconnected.
There are stories how in the beginning heels was invented for men, or even conspiracy theories how heels was design to cut feminine connection.
In the other hand, probably the most important statement of it is about material - before we all used to use shoes made only from the wood and leather, so it was still such a strong connection with the Earth. Now we can hardly ever find all wooden and leather heels - so maybe that’s main issue here.
And also the shape that you drawn, we have in opposite site…
Upside down and it means that in that shape of shirt or dress, a woman can fully connect with Earth and have a full flow.
1)Do you have any ideas (beside theory about material) why is the different communicate about this shape in slavic? And about shoes, maybe we can connect - but only with full wooden and full leather shoes?
I am suprised because until now almost 100% of your content was so accurate to slavic, ayurveda, even Chinese medicine wisdom which I study.
So I am digging different point of view, for sure somewhere is connection between those two point of view. Like always in all of cultures and believes in the entire world.
    Kisses.
    Love you ❤️

Anything that helps a woman feel closer to earth is always going to make her feel more feminine.
I think she was speaking more modern - urging women not to wear sneakers over heals.
But I think wearing leather or wooden heels would optimal. Just thinking about how much I loved my leather and wooden clog type heals. 😍
Never knew this. Thank you for sharing!

Hey mina! Thanks a lot for this❤
As for the receiving part, in my case, I feel so insecure doing things with others, especially men, that will involve receiving(treats, money)
Because of this, i completely cut myself off from these situations even though i know i want to heal this part of me. But still, i can't seem to deal with it and then i feel bad. What can i do to improve :(

Jajaja.. It's funny how God led me to a job where I have to wear black all the time ( I used to love wearing it) so now I don't wear anything black outside my job bc it makes me feel like I'm still there. 😂
