As someone who enjoyed twinsanity, I am fine with the franchise going a different direction from 3, it makes the most sense with Neo Cortex being sent to the past at the end of 3, I just hope we see the return of characters like Crunch Bandicoot and Nina Cortex
I still stand with the idea of a Twinsanity Reimagining, and I think it's better for them to focus on a game like 4 first. Even just remaking Twinsanity without adding anything would still take a huge chunk of time, so I do believe reimagining it would take a lot of time.
Let's be honest most of us saw this coming when they announced the premise of the game. The multiverse is an easy option to keep everyone happy. I'm guessing though if crash 4 is a different universe to the original trilogy, the the events of the first three games play out exactly the same in this universe. Future games will probably follow on from crash 4 and this will become the new main timeline. The multiverse only exists to keep fans from wrath of cortex and onwards happy. Either way Happy for a new crash game.
Yeah I thought as much, but the video hints at it possibly being a different one. I enjoyed wrath of cortex and twinsanity when I was younger but I'd be quite happy if they wiped everything from warped onwards out of existence. Or keep them as a separate timeline/universe and never mention them again from this game onwards. We can only wait and see exactly how they treat it.
Wrath of Cortex fans wouldn't be happy with this multiverse branch, because that would mean Crunch doesn't exist in the new games and we'd need multiverse stories as an excuse to include him. Unless they remake Wrath of Cortex.
Sean Wheeler they could probably bring him in a different way to keep them happy now I’m not a fan of the wrath of cortex but I would be surprised and happy if they brought him in through the multiverse like they could take him as a crash named crunch instead and they pulled him from his world and used him for a boss fight and maybe make him a good guy
"The multiverse only exists to keep fans from wrath of cortex and onwards happy." Ah yes... People will be happy that their favorite games will be put in a limbo by being classified as a non-main universe. But hey! At least they were recognized, let's be happy. /s
What happened after twinsanity then did cortex just magically warp out of crash's head and started chasing after him in a car and that's how tag team started lmao
Travelers Tales were going to continue that plot in the cancelled followup "Crash Clash Racing" which would have taken place in Crashs mind. That project was then given to Radical instead and became Tag Team Racing.
Heck yeah, that would be awesome. I could see Original Tiny looking at Tyson Tiger and being angered and horrified and the same going with Tyson Tiger that they fight each other for dominance, with Tiny winning.
@@clownymoosebean I want N-Trance to make a comeback in a future Crash Bandicoot new sequel and I vote Patton Oswalt, Jim Cummings or Jake Gyllenhaal to voice N-Trance! :D
That would be an easy thing to do. Have cortex from crash 2 use the evolvo-ray and it accidently malfunctions and instead of evolving something; it picks up cortex, ngin, tiny and dingodile and splices their dna together, evolving them that way. As cool as that is, it could be in that world the evolvo-ray is a splica-ray instead. Meaning we could see a crash version of megamix. A sort of crash, coco, crunch version which would be weird but; it's something.
Tetsuya Nomura: *ties Kingdom Hearts games he has been working on together using a mobile game and several other spin offs* Paul Yan to Nomura: Hold my beer
The Wrath of Cortex is my all-time favorite Crash game (it was my first one, too, so it really means a lot to me due to it being my introduction to the orange guy). When word got out about Wrath of Cortex being retconned, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a tad upset. Given Wrath of Cortex’s already negative stigma (being shunned by most of the Crash community), it made me feel insecure about my love for the game, since, at the time of It’s About Time’s reveal, it was reported to have been outright _replacing_ The Wrath of Cortex. That conclusion was jumped to entirely because of It’s About Time being numbered as the fourth Crash game, which was a title previously held by Wrath of Cortex, due to it originally being the fourth main series platformer released after Warped, and even being titled “Crash Bandicoot 4” in Japan. I’m really happy to know that The Wrath of Cortex is confirmed to still be canon, and is still very much an important piece of Crash Bandicoot history, being the very first Crash game to hit the sixth generation (PlayStation 2). Wrath of Cortex, as a game, means much more to me than you might think, and I’m glad to see that It’s About Time won’t be invalidating it in any way, shape, or form.
Still begs a rather interesting question you could ask: If 'The Wrath of Cortex' is set in its own parallel world, then could that mean a more Primeverse Crunch could be introduced, based more on the original plans for the game in a 'Take 2-esque' way?
I feel like the timeline theory works in this sense: there's the OG timeline (including Crash 4), the Wrath timeline (including GBA games and Tag Team Racing) & the Mojo timeline (with the reboot type of thing) The whole reason they probably said "not in this universe" was probably just to act hip an cool with it's marketing since Crash will visit the broken time rift and also because again, this game is called Crash 4, but that's just my opinion 👌👍
5:16 Dang! Multiverse is becoming popular again! Marvel's Spider-Man, DC's The Flash, Marvel's Doctor Strange and now Crash Bandicoot is in the multiverse thing! ;)
But that actually makes sense. When Lani said "felt like more..." the joke actually went both ways. These two are from a timeline where the events of the Wrath of Cortex and Twinsaniy wasn't part of their journey. Lani might be aware of the timelines where Crunch did exist, the ones where they raced against each other. So it's like Marvel, where the video games, spin-off comics and movies are within their own canons. It's likely we'll see a similar case with Spyro 4, following The Reignited Trilogy.
This is amazing, i couldn't believe they would do all of this. I hope they make us see each multiverse with their own design like crash the Titans with the tatoos etc. I'm excited
Too be honest I am getting a modded orignal xbox that will have all games and emulators soft mod consoles some peaple have put the whole library of xbox original games on a xbox orignal but since I had isues on the disk version of twin sanity probably a bad disk but it would not let me past near to the end game would just crash so hopefully because its digital should not have that problem
I wouldn't have minded if this had been a complete reboot. The old games still exist, and that's good enough for me. The fact they're acknowledging them, even better. I think trying to categorise them into different timelines (other than old and new) is going to be futile though, and Crash has never really been about the story. It's going to be even more complicated if you start taking into account Spyro appearing in Crash Purple and Twinsanity (Which Spyro games are canon? Does Skylanders count? The Netflix show features Crash from during the events of Crash 1, but he talks. Which versions of Crash met which versions of Spyro?)
i think they respond by the multiverse logic because there are some fans who for some reason really care about whats canon or if they favorite games are still in the timeline i think developers only want to make a fourth game because it's simpler to present coming from the insane trilogy
No You are Canadian Guy Eh is wrong All Crash Games are Canon BUT...... They do not take place in a different universe because this game takes place in 1998 the same year after Crash 3 and this game is just a game that's an Untold story the takes place after the third game but also way before The Wrath of Cortex and also takes place before Crash team racing and crash bash. crash 4 is kinda like Sonic 4 so all the crash games are canon okay But I really don't know about Crash of the titans and mind over mutant like the PSP version had a different origin for him but also in mind over mutant Dr Nitrus brio broke the Fourth Wall by saying That He was In the First Game So yeah...... It could be Canon and maybe that PSP Cutscene from Crash of the Titans Isn't Canon at all. But That Mask who said "Funny Feels Like More" when he asked how many times crash had defeated Cortex Since this Game has Time Travel too it Means He could of had Foreshadow that Crash will Defeated Cortex Many Times in the Future but also I believe that When Cortex Gets Defeated yet again In this Game we could see a tease of Crunch as something that Leads to the future events of The Wrath of Cortex.
Ali dude they said themself that the other games post naughty dog are from different multiverses and if they weren’t than what’s the point of the game please tell me
I personally consider Spyro's original 3 games + Enter the Dragonfly/the GBA games and A Hero's Tail as canon alongside Crash, both heros hail from two universes yet connected with each other, with the Legend series and Skylanders as set in other yet distant universes, mew. This has me excited for what possibilities the next Spyro game in the future will bring. =3
Man it's just a soft reboot. A developer says everything is canon with this multiverse excuse so nobody gets angry. It happens a lot in movies, comics etc. But practically speaking the other game's events don't care anymore here. And it's ok.
Or they are saying it because it makes logical sense and I knew this to be the case before they announced it. They aren’t just saying something to no one gets angry. The entire game story is going to be about different dimensions dummy lol that’s why It’s good writing and makes sense that all his stories that happened a different timelines and different universes
Well, I wish I could add timelines about Crash Bandicoot canon story timelines. Crash Bandicoot Trilogy like Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped are canon. But I could add... Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time is canon and a true sequel to Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped. Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure is maybe probably canon to Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time. Crash Team Racing is maybe probably canon to Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure. Crash Bash is maybe probably canon to Crash Team Racing. Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex is maybe probably canon to Crash Bash. Crash Twinsanity is canon and a real sequel to Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex. Crash Nitro Kart is maybe probably canon to Crash Twinsanity. Crash Bandicoot: N-Tranced is maybe probably canon to Crash Nitro Kart. Crash Tag Team Racing is maybe probably canon to Crash Bandicoot: N-Tranced. Crash Bandicoot Purple: Ripto's Rampage is maybe probably canon to Crash Tag Team Racing. Crash Boom Bang is maybe probably canon to Crash Bandicoot Purple: Ripto's Rampage. And Crash of the Titans and Crash Mind Over Mutant are maybe probably canon to Crash Boom Bang or maybe it could be a reboot series to Crash Bandicoot mainline series. I don't know. I just said maybe and probably, because I am not really sure that these are canon in main story timelines of Crash Bandicoot series. I'm not really sure that I made the canon in the main story timelines of Crash Bandicoot series right. Because it confused me too. 🤔 But I still can't wait for Crash Bandicoot: It's About Time on PS4 by October 2nd. I'm still very excited! 🙂
i disagree that the Multiverse concept is a new thing in Crash-verse, it already there since Twinsanity, although it didn't really expanded the concept beyond Crash Dimension-10th Dimension (and the other scraped one due to rushed production), and possible N. Trance's 5th dimension. Good theory though
This video makes no logical sense now basically there’s three timelines Original, New and Tawnaverse. In original timeline we have original games, 99x, CTR, Bash, Wrath of Cortex, Twinsanity, Fusion, XS, N-Tranced, CNK, Boom Bang, Tag Team Racing, Titans, Mutant Island, Mind Over Mutant, Nitro Kart 3D, Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 2, Thumpin Wumpa Islands and Crash On the Run. New timeline N. Sane Trilogy/Flashback Tapes, It’s About Time and CTRNF. Tawnaverse pretty much connects to New timeline as Tawna moves to that universe and Crash and Coco were killed by female N. Tropy.
I mean, Twinsanity did touch up on the world they lived in having alternate dimensions, Twinsanity Island was just the exact opposite of Crash's world. So it's cool that they decided to go with that instead of being like "just forget about all the other games"
The way I looked at the timeline was like this: Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back, Warped, and Wrath of Cortex are canon. Possibly Twinsanity as well (didn't play too much since my copy wouldn't work) CTR, CNK, and CTTR felt more like spin offs of the era of Crash at that time. Their stories didn't seem too plausible with the first 4 games. Gameboy games obviously had their own continuity but I only played a few so I'm unsure of which are in the same. Bash and Boom are full spin offs. CotT and MoM are soft reboots that may continue the original storyline but I always felt like it was more of it's own thing. With Crash 4 I really hope Crunch and Nina and a few others aren't just erased. As much as people hated Wrath of Cortex I enjoyed it because of the inclusion of a new Bandicoot.
Before Crash 4, all thses games was canon, not separate universes. Spin-Offs aren't synonymous with non-canon/alternate timeline. It's just that they are an extra, these events happened, but they aren't totally relevant.
What drove me nuts was people assumed that the games after the OG Trilogy are no longer canon just because of this conversation in the trailer: “How many times have you beaten this clown anyway?” “3.” “Really? Only 3? Funny. Feels like more.” Guys. They didn’t say the other times never happened or are retconned. This game takes place after 3. Wrath of Cortex didn’t happen YET. Of course Coco would only say 3. The new mask dude was just implying he felt that they already beaten Cortex more than that, considering these new masks look like they handle the timelines. The conversation was just a reference of what’s to come, aka the other games.
If the events in this game happened before Wrath of Cortex, this game should be considered 3.5 instead of four. But it would be fun if this new Crash game assimilates with the other continuities like tWoC, Titans and GBA continuities. And I personally consider racing/party games as separate series because they don't affect with the main series.
I think this is the same as the N sane universe but not the 90’s trilogy as the original. The old timeline was said to have jorts (from what I’ve been told) and the new one doesn’t have those
I wouldn't exactly say that. This game and the N-Sane Trilogy are in the same universe yes. But the N-Sane Trilogy is also one-in-the-same with the 90s games as there's little to no difference in the story what so ever due to being a one-to-one remaster. Meaning that this game is part of the main timeline.
Kinetic Media Hub well in the n sane game he isn’t wearing jorts but in the new one he isn’t and that’s one of my points but I see where you’re getting that
@@toopienator True, from what I recall she got made fully playable almost at the last minute in all three games (excluding Crash's vehicle levels and boss battles) to help cater too and bring in more female fans plus this doesn't affect the story at all.
Well, you got the original timeline, some other with a Cortex that goes completely nuts, the tenth dimension with evil doubles and some edgy teenage cringy dimension with the titans characters... Huh, neat
There's a lot of conjecture in this video. The statement from the devs said the post-Naughty Dog games "MAY" take place in other times, meaning they could very well still take place *after* It's About Time in this very same timeline (basically leaving the door open to Activision remaking/remastering those games, should they choose to). "May" is an important word here; it's the devs not really confirming anything and leaving a door open, but also carefully wording it so they can go back later and say "oh yeah we always meant and confirmed that." They very well could place post-ND in a separate timeline, but that has not been 100% confirmed. Until it's confirmed with absolute certainty in It's About Time, it shouldn't be said that post-ND is a separate timeline. As for CTR, that's one 'spin-off' that was always considered canon to the original trilogy, taking place however long after Warped. It's shown in Wrath of Cortex with the trophy on Crash's mantle, and in Twinsanity with Oxide being one of the villains attending Crash's "b-day party" as one of the villains he beat in the past. The events of CTR are referenced constantly, there shouldn't be any debate about how canon that one is. I doubt they'd remove CTR from canon in It's About Time, more likely they'd just say it takes place *after* IAT, especially with how successful Nitro-Fueled was. As for the Titan games, they alter Crash's origin story. It's reboot because of that detail alone. There should be zero debate about that, and the only set of games that really could be considered a confirmed separate timeline.
You know, the main thing that concerns me in all of this is that if crash ever enters death battle again, people might have an issue with using feats from the other timelines, or just ignoring them and only focusing on one. Is that weird?
Imo, this is good news for me. I know after the PS1 era, some Crash games are more well-recieved than others but I’m sure every game meant something to the people who love them. Plus, I believe every game managed to expand the lore and roster of characters, for better (Twinsanity and CNK) or worse (Crash Boom Bang).
Until further news comes out, I'm going to consider this a "Sonic the Hedgehog 4" situation. Everything is still canon, everything is still in the same universe, and this new game is just in a weird spot in the timeline. Midquels are a thing that exist and they all deserve more respect.
Personally, I've always considered every Crash game that wasn't mobile-exclusive to be canon. Also, I'm pretty sure the bandicoot in the Crash of the Titans intro is actually Carbon Crash, the player 2 character.
I could understand the Titans games being shuffled into their own timeline just because the aesthetics and character personalities seem so different in those games. However, there are still enough plot references to connect all the games together to the point where I don't even think there needs to be a Zelda-esque split timeline (even though that probably is what we're going to get). Crash 4 could simply be a prequel to CTR. After all, Cortex, Uka Uka, and N. Tropy are all back in CTR. So the timeline would go 1>2>3>4>CTR>Crash Bash (Oxide returns in Bash) > Wrath of Cortex (Oxide cameos in intro, a CTR trophy is in the Bandicoot house, the space temple from Bash reappears) > Twinsanity (Cortex and Uka Uka escape being frozen in ice) > Tag Team Racing (official plot summary says this happens immediately after Twinsanity. Next would be Huge Adventure and N-Tranced, as Crunch is in Tranced and it is said to happen immediately after Huge Adventure. Then CNK because N. Tranced is in that game. Then Purple and Boom Bang, then the Titans games (where Twinsanity is mentioned to have happened in an easy-to-miss conversation by some of the goons in the Uka Uka tree levels), and the Titans games also call back to the Evolvo-Ray a couple times. Then Skylanders Imaginators, where if you talk to Aku Aku as Cortex, he mentions the events of Crash Twinsanity. And then the mobile game Crash Bandicoot On the Run shows wreckage from the Doominator and Space Head still on Wumpa Island so that'd place it at the very end of the timeline thus far. I'd rather they keep everything in one timeline personally just to keep things less confusing. New players do not need an explanation for characters like Crunch and Nina. After all, Coco appeared in Crash 2 with no explanation and it was fine. I think Crash 4 should just explain how Cortex Uka and Tropy escaped being trapped in the past as babies, and then the next Crash game can subtly skip ahead and take place after On the Run. But yeah I guess TfB is hinting that they are gonna split the timeline after all so what do I know.
I knew all the games were canon to begin with. Here they are in chronological order in my opinion - Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, Crash Bandicoot: Warped (all constituting the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy), Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, Crash Team Racing, Crash Bash, Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex, Crash Twinsanity, Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure, Crash Bandicoot 2: N-Tranced: Crash Nitro Kart, Crash Bandicoot Purple: Ripto's Rampage, Crash Tag Team Racing, Crash Boom Bang!, Crash of the Titans, Crash: Mind over Mutant, Crash Nitro Kart 2, Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 3D, Crash Bandicoot: Mutant Island, Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 2, and the Grand Prix of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.
somehow i can see this multi-timeline thing happen for spyro, i may not know what direction "spyro 4" will go in, but i can see it happening, a second timeline, with spyro's first 3 adventures happening the same way, but something different happens that triggers a different 4th journey. guess we'll see next year.
So if Spyro shows up in Crash 4, as was teased in the interview, then will this lead into where the next Spyro game starts? I'm picturing Crash showing up and breaking something that releases a bunch of chaos in Spyro's world. Crash doesn't need to be a big part of Spyro's game (definitely wouldn't want that) but he could be the catalyst. Since Toys for Bob did both, and another Spyro is a give at this point, this seems like an easy way to cross promote and give a tease for the next Spyro game.
Awesome video as always CGE! When the new Spyro game comes out I’d love to see you make a revamped update or part 2 to your “All Spyros are cannon” video especially if whoever is working on it goes the multiverse route like TFB did for Crash.... TLDR past here... I know more about Spyro / Skylanders than people think possible (I’ve listed all of the Spyro / Skylanders games AFTER Year of the Dragon to help you out with getting evidence / footage : (Year released - game title - console(s) / hand-held(s) it’s for that I know off the top of my head) 2001 Season of Ice [GBA], 2002 Season of Flame [GBA, ] 2002 ETD [PS 2 & GC] 2003 Attack of the Rynocs [GBA] 2004 Spyro Orange [GBA] 2004 A Hero’s Tail [Xbox, PS2, & GC] 2005 Shadow Legacy [DS] 2006 TLOS : NB [GBA DS PS2] 2007 TLOS EN [Wii & PS2] 2008 TLOS DOTD [DS Xbox 360 PS2 & PS3 ] 2011 Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure [3DS XBOX 360 & PS3] < NOTE story / levels / characters’ abilities are different between the Xbox 360 / 3DS versions however this is the only hand held version I’ve played of any Skylanders game> 2012 Skylanders Giants [PS3, Xbox 360 & 3DS] 2013 Skylanders Swap Force [Xbox 360 & PS3] 2014 Skylanders Trap Team [Xbox 360 mobile tablets PS3 & PS4] 2015 Skylanders Superchargers [Xbox 360 & PS4] 2016 Skylanders Imaginators [PS4 Xbox 360 Xbox1 & Switch] and last but not least the 2017 mobile game Skylanders Ring of Heroes
I'm actually surprised they're going this route, but as a fan of timeline speculation shenanigans, I love this. One thing I will say though. When it comes time for Spyro 4, I really hope Toys For Bob, or whoever makes it, take inspiration from your Spyro timeline theory.
The music, humor and gameplay in Twinsanity were FLAWLESS. Of course you can break the game with some sneaky maneuvers, but that’s EVERY game. Still one of my top 3 Crash games. (Crash 2, Crash Twinsanity, CrashOntheRun!)
Crash 4 could just be placed between 3 and Wrath Of Cortex, kind of like how Sonic Mania is set after 3 & Knuckles but before Adventure despite being made years after both of those games.
Except, that's actually not the case, because screw sega and their constant need to retcon or contradict established facts in the sonic franchise. Seriously, screw 06, screw generations, and screw forces for messing with this mess of a timeline.
Especially curse 06 because of what I like to call The Blaze and Nega debacle. They introduced Blaze and Dr Eggman Nega(though I'll stick to just Nega from now on) in Sonic Rush. The idea was simple;alternate dimension versions of Sonic and Eggman. Then 06 came out and introduced Silver, who has a pyrokinetic friend named....BLAZE?!So she's not from another dimension but from the future? And she ended up in another dimension anyways near the end?Well,it doesn't really matter because that timeline got snuffed out. So now we can introduce Silver just fine,right?Well...Sonic Rivals comes out,we meet Silver and he's come to the past to look for a Dr Nega...?Who's...Eggman's kid?!I thought he was alternate Eggman, wtf?!And Sonic Rush Adventure didn't help matters either!
@@sorashirogane7039 Oh yeah, that just screws everything up. Actually, izuka was interviewed about this, and his response was something along the lines of, "they had, like amnesia in 06". Like WHAT?! The interviewer was asking about colors ds, not 06! And that's an incredibly lazy answer which doesn't even explain anything! Not to metion how they retconed classic sonic to being from another dimension as opposed to another time. This goes to show, that either the creators are too incompetent to create a consistent storyline that makes sense, or they really just don't care and will just do whatever brings the best marketing tactic. Or both. Probably both.
I feel like you just described what I understood when I was a teenager 15 years ago, it's great they are all now considered canon by default but I feel this concept applies to almost any franchise e.g. Spyro with Skylanders or Mortal Kombat with their failed games, all depends what you grew up with and what you enjoy :)
Developers when there's too many loopholes in the plot: It's multiverse! Also, no hate to other game than the trilogy, every one of it has it's own charms to it no matter how quirky it is.
A person wished to a genie that they could travel to an alternative dimension where they were rich and famous. The genie granted the wish, sending them to the 0th dimension where no axis exist, no cubes, no squares, no lines, just a point in space and time representing the singularity of all that is or ever will be. That day the person realised the difference between travelling through universes vs travelling through dimensions. The end.
With that said, the people who created crash is helping the Spyro fans too, if all Crash games are Canon, with Crash purple, then all the Spyro games are Canon too, we just need to put it in a timeline and with a bunch of other stuff and it will all make sense
Twinsanity was freaking hilarious, looked great back then, the soundtrack was completely insane, it just needed better controls, camera, and a truly open world. This one needs a proper remake, ASAP!
For me: Crash 1, 2, and 3 are the main canon ones, then the timeline splits into two realities: Wrath of Cortex>Twinsanity and this new Crash 4. Crash of the Titans and Mutants is its own separate reality.
Yeah, this is what I personally thought after I gave a thought to this continuity problem. Edit: Mutant series felt kind of spin off. It kinda showed an alternative way for how this same gameplay concept in which Crash was originally created would have turned out to be if the creator's had had a slightly different idea in their minds. The humor in those spin offs was created to appeal to teen fans which was the age of average Crash fan during that time period. But yeah, let's cheer that this new Bandicoot game would turn out to be a masterpiece and would assemble all the good factors from all the past Crash titles.
As good as this revelation is, I just realized a downside to this... People will most likely bicker about which timeline is the best, which, as far as I am aware, also happened with the Zelda multiverse. I mean, Crash DID debut in the same generation as Ocarina of Time did, so maybe it was just meant to be.
Maybe cortex found another power source that is stronger than the crystals Cortex attacking other universes would explain why twinsanity had a lot of bugs, due to it being the most "damaged" one, hence is why the evil twin was capable of going through dimensions. Another theory is that all cortex's are the same one, not physically but conciously, with each action that he takes he will have to follow the rules of the parallel universe so that he doesn't accidentally destroy the universe he is in until his conciousness is back to his original body, which answers the point of how he manages to travel through dimensions, he first accidentally woke up in wrath of cortex, in twinsanity he leanred about different dimensions, in crash of the titans he learns how to harness new and powerfull energy/resource, after that his conciousness went back to his body for some reason and started making a plan, to try and probably harness the quantum energy/power that the masks has or possibly it started leaking when cortex accidentally change conciousness to a different timeline, which also answers as to why one of the mask said that crash seems to have beaten cortex 4 times instead of three, the masks knew what cortex did in wrath of cortex but by the time twinsanity came around the masks lost track of him due to the damage being too big
A continuation is that mojo and quantum energy are technically both still a form of natural energy, the difference is that quantum is just has more of a complex structure than mojo with explains how he manages to harness quantum energy within 10 years (give or take) he has experience with this kind of power/energy, something that we dont have yet
Here is what I think: The Naughty Dog-esq (counting 4) as the main timeline. The timeline where Crash and Coco defeated Cortex and Uka-Uka imprisoning them before the creation of time using the power of the Gems. The other games are in an alternate timeline where Crash and Coco defeated Cortex and Uka-Uka, but didn't collect the gems trapping them. Sorta like Zelda with the Link defeats Ganon timeline, and the Link loses to Ganon timeline.
I feel like the games like The Wrath of Cortex and Twinsanity takes place in an alternate universe which is fitting since Twinsanity is about travelling to another dimension, also I feel Crash of Titans and Mind Over Mutant takes place in another reality. In other words there are three Crash realities: *Naughty Dog trilogy with It's About Time as a sequel. *Post Naughty Dog games like The Wrath of Cortex and Twinsanity. *Crash of Titans and Mind Over Mutant. What do you think?
For example now we can say that in all timelines or futures can have a Megamix, all of them have or will have the same bases (dna and form of Cortex + N. Gin + Tiny + Dingodile... NO one else) BUT will have different origins, as we know the first Megamix was a temporal fusion while the second Megamix was made of DNA plus nuclear waste and is still alive in the postapocaliptic future, and both was made in different times and for different reasons
I love Crash Bandicoot Twinsanity out of all the non remakes. I loved the 4th wall references saying the game was unfinished and roasting the sensitive Crash fans. They kept it real and they didn't give a dam. Unfinished masterpiece.
Part Two - "3 canons" So, there is a two canons. But, as I can see, Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time creates a third canon. With crosses out the events of CTR after the Original Trilogy. And now we have 3 canons. First - The Original Trilogy, "Crash Team Racing", "Crash Bash", "Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure", "Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex", "Crash Bandicoot: N-Tranced", "Crash Nitro Kart", that Crash and Spyro crossover, "Crash Tag Team Racing", "Crash of The Titans" and "Crash Mind over Mutant". Second is much like the first one, but there is no event "Crash Bandicoot: N-Tranced", "Crash Nitro Kart" and that Crash and Spyro crossover after The Wrath of Cortex. Three years of Crash's peaceful life and "Crash Twinsanity" events happens and three last games that mentioned in first canon. In the third canon - "Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time" scratch off every events of next games after The Original Trilogy, including CTR.
I think getting 100% in the original CB is when we get the alternative universe in CB4 with Alternate Tawna and N. Tropy, while not getting 100% continues the original trilogy. To keep the original four games going you need to complete CSB and Warped at 100%, but if you want to go into the other games like CTR, WoC, and Twinsanity you don’t have to do Warped at 100%. Personally I’m not a real fan of CotT or MoM because of the different character designs and personalities, but I find it interesting that Nina was actually the main antagonist once after she got out of school in Twinsanity. Other characters I like to keep in mind are N. Trance, Mega Mix, Pasadena O’ Possum, and Ebenezer Von Clutch, even though I don’t play the original games they come from. I also play Skylanders instead of the Spyro the Dragon series. If anything I think the games go in this order, N Sane Trilogy, CTR, WoC, Twinsanity, CotT, MoM, and CB4, with the percentage features I mentioned before in terms of the N Sane Trilogy.
Crash bandicoot 4 is wrath of cortex but is its in a different universe. Its the same situation with mask , taking over the universe and destorying crash. Its is own universe but INVERTED.
Since I did not see my huge comment through my another account, I decided to write it in two parts. So, Part One - "A little analysis of chronologies and canons". Let's start from the Original Trilogy, CTR(Remastered versions are counts as the same game) and even Crash Bash. All these 5 games was canon. CTR events take place after several months or weeks after the end of Crash 3. Crash Bash take place after CTR. And then, things become a little bit confusing after releases of The Wrath of Cortex(PS2, XBOX, GC) and The Huge Adventure(GBA). In the GBA game, that release after the original PS2 version of TWoC, there is no a single mention about Crunch. So Crash: The Huge Adventure take place before event of Crash: The Wrath of Cortex. And then, things become whey more confusing in 2003 and 2004. You see Crash: N-Tranced on GBA come out in 2003. With take place after The Wrath of Cortex(PS2, XBOX, GC). And at the same year - CNK(GBA, GC, PS2, XBOX) came out. That take place after events of second Crash GBA game. And year later, Crash and Spyro crossover came out. In the case of the Crash, it take place after CNK. About Spyro, it's in other topic... So, what can possibly gone wrong? But after that, at the same year - Crash Twinsanity came out. With is actually a different time line. In Crash Twinsanity, the events of Crash: N-Tranced, CNK and Crash/Spyro crossover are not exist! One of evidences is the absence of N. Trance on Crash’s birthday party. So, after events of The Wrath of Cortex - two different canons happen. First - there is only Crash Twinsanity. Second - Crash: N-Tranced, CNK and Crash/Spyro crossover. So "Crash Tag Team Racing", "Crash of the Titans" and "Crash Mind over Mutant" continues events in bouth canons.
I like to consider N sane trilogy part of the Crash 4 timeline, it just fits so much! And the Original games by Naughty Dog are their separate timeline.
I completly understand the opinion of Crash 4 being the new timeline, but I feel the crash you have in 1 to 3 and ctr is the same crash, with a different crash in WOC and Twin Sanity, and another for Crash of the titans. While they occured at similar times, they were in different parts of the multiverse and i feel like the games released post naughty dog are not being ignored, just the story for crash 4 is a direct continuation of the original series.. and we may see him meet or interact breifly with his other multiverse forms as they tear through it in the new game.. that approach gives them full access to the crash timeline in there story telling process on an entire new adventure, all while keeping the people happy and returning to the better respected timeline in the game. I love it.
Alright, if we're dealing with a multiverse, then just for fun: (free feel to disagree) Original Timeline: Crash 1-3, Crash Team Racing, Wrath of Cortex, Twinsanity, Nitro Kart, Tag Team Racing GBA Timeline: The Huge Adventure, N-Tranced, Fusion [splits off from Wrath of Cortex] Titans Timeline: Crash of the Titans, Mind Over Mutant [splits off from Twinsanity] Bash Timeline: Crash Bash [splits into two timelines: either Aku Aku or Uka Uka wins] Bang Timeline: Boom Bang! Mobile 1 Timeline: Nitro Kart 2 Mobile 2 Timeline: Crash Mobile Skylanders Universe: Imaginators N-Sane Timeline: N-Sane Trilogy, It's About Time Nitro Timeline: Nitro-Fuelled [splits off from N-Sane Trilogy]
The only issue I have with the games is character design changing. Especially cocos design. In one game she looks like a 12 year old, while in another games she looks like an early adult (17-19).
The most recent Halloween movies are direct sequels to the original film, while it ignores the rest of the films. That is how I see this game. And I love that.
Here's a working timeline. Altho bash and ctr can be argued for where they fit in relation to each other. But otherwise so far with all games, a single timeline still works put. - Crash Bandicoot (1996) Crash beats cortex above his castle Cortex falls to the caverns below - Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back (1997) Cortex falls to caverns and discovera crystals Crash and Coco help N Brio destroy cortex vortex - Crash Bandicoot: Warped (1998) Destroyed Cortex Vortex frees Uka Uka Cortex, N Tropy, & Uka Uka are trapped in the distant PAST - Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time (2020) Cortex, N Tropy, & Uka Uka spend decades in the past to get back to their present time and rip a hole in the timeline ??? - Crash Bash (2000) Uka Uka challange's Aku Aku to a Battle Crash, Coco, and Aku Aku Beat Uka Uka - Crash Team Racing (1999) After a seeming truce with the bandicoots Nitros Oxide challanges earth to the Survival of the Fastest Crash (probably) beats oxide at hos challange and oxide god to his ship to flee to his homeworld - Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex (2001) Oxide Flees to his ship to flee earth from his losses, Uka Uka berates Cortex and Company for failing to spread Evil Crunch is saved from Cortex, and Cortex and Uka Uka fall to earth and are frozen in ice - Crash Twinsanity (2004) Cortex thaws from his ice after 3 years Crunch is here Nina is introduced Spyro is teased through the dimensions After defeating the twins, Cortex gets trapped inside Crashes head - Crash Fusion Cortex and Ripto team up to defeat Crash and Spyro Nina is here XD Crash and Spyro Defeat Cortex and Ripto and restore their realms - Crash Tag Team Racing (2005) Cortex and co chase Crash and co to Von Clutches Motor World Crunch and Nina are here Crash defeats willy wumpa and restores clutches gems (Interval) Nina is returned to Madame Amberlys - Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure (2002) Cortex shrinks the planet and Crash and Coco fight back Crunch has just kinda fucked off somewhere, idk. Crash and Coco beat Megamix - Crash Bandicoot: N-Tranced (2003) Uka Uka is pissed about Cortex's plan to shrink the world didnt pay off and Ntropy and Ntrance (introduced) hypnotize Coco, Crunch, and create Fake Crash by accident Crash saves all with help of Fake Crash and defeats N Trance - Crash Nitro Kart (2003) Team Bandicoot and Team Cortex are abducted by Velo for his galactic challange N Trance is here Oxide is here Team Crash beat's Velo at his galactic challange - Crash Boom Bang! (2006) Kind exists, who cares - Crash of the Titans (2007) Cortex brings Nina out of Madame Amberlys again and discovers mojo mutations Nina Betrays Cortex Crash Beats Nina Nina is sent back to Madame Amberlys Doominator is crash on the wumpa island beach - Crash: Mind Over Mutant (2008) Cortex teams up with N Brio after N Brio's long hiatus Brio leaves again Crash beats Cortex and the space head crash into the wumpa island bay - Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 3D (2008) - Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 2 (2010) These are here and have mutants art style i believe and have YaYa but otherwise who cares. - Crash Nitro Fueled Grand Prix (2019) Everyone is HERE that hasnt been killed. Theres some timewarp nonsense but otherwise canonically this just kinda fits here.
All post ND games are canon but in a different universe CTR is mentioned at end of Crash 4 so that means CTRNF is after this game as for elementals they could be reintroduced in Crash 5 along with crunch and Nina but in a different way.
I’m guessing that Cortex and Tropy naturally grew back up to their original ages given that they took “decades” to escape the planet they were on. Would help explain Cortex’s appearance change, having to grow up entirely differently from how he originally was brought up. He looks slightly more muscular, I guess, now too (tho could just be his clothes broadening his chest and shoulders out a bit lol) so maybe he adapted differently to his new environment.
Here's my thought for a Crash Bandicoot story CRASH BANDICOOT: Worlds Collide The characters in the Crash Bandicoot franchise, and their worlds (based on the Crash Bandicoot games) across the multiverse, are about to collide. Two masters of the multiverse (Alternate versions of The Evil Twins from Crash Twinsanity) utilize an powerful inter-dimensional source with the ability to converge universes, as part of their plan to defeat their creator, and arch-nemesis, an alternate and much more successful version of Dr. Neo Cortex, and his army of super animal mutants, led by an alternate and villainous version of Crash called, Thrash Bandicoot.
Come to think of it, this multiverse was hinted at back in "Crash Bandicoot Mobile" (Now "Crash Bandicoot: On The Run"), where the premise is that Cortex is plucking elements from other universes, and one of the bosses is Scorporilla, who was from the "Titans" games.
As someone who enjoyed twinsanity, I am fine with the franchise going a different direction from 3, it makes the most sense with Neo Cortex being sent to the past at the end of 3, I just hope we see the return of characters like Crunch Bandicoot and Nina Cortex
Yeah, but they will need a explanation of their origin...
@@MaskFaceStup1dP4nc4kes They could just come across from a different timeline/universe.
@@TheMoonRover indeed, would love it if both of them made an appearance of sorts, possibly cameos or even a bigger role than that.
Who knows maybe some events from twinsanity will happen in the next game since Twinsanity was the 5th game.
I still stand with the idea of a Twinsanity Reimagining, and I think it's better for them to focus on a game like 4 first. Even just remaking Twinsanity without adding anything would still take a huge chunk of time, so I do believe reimagining it would take a lot of time.
Crash: Into the Bandiverse
Oh yes
Would anybody be interested if I wrote that?
Yes I will love it
Crash: Across the Bandiverse
Let's be honest most of us saw this coming when they announced the premise of the game. The multiverse is an easy option to keep everyone happy. I'm guessing though if crash 4 is a different universe to the original trilogy, the the events of the first three games play out exactly the same in this universe. Future games will probably follow on from crash 4 and this will become the new main timeline. The multiverse only exists to keep fans from wrath of cortex and onwards happy. Either way Happy for a new crash game.
It's the same universe as the OG trilogy, the original trilogy barely changes no matter what timeline.
"The multiverse only exists to keep fans from wrath of cortex and onwards happy."
Ah yes... People will be happy that their favorite games will be put in a limbo by being classified as a non-main universe. But hey! At least they were recognized, let's be happy. /s
What happened after twinsanity then did cortex just magically warp out of crash's head and started chasing after him in a car and that's how tag team started lmao
Yes. It's no different than crash falling from cortex's castle and landing a few islands away.
@@kirtheweasel Yeah I always assumed he landed in the ocean and got swept up by the currents to NSanity Beach.
I just assumed that cartoon logic happened.
@@kirtheweasel Nope. They could've just blew crash out the window with an explosion. But chose to be lazy.
Travelers Tales were going to continue that plot in the cancelled followup "Crash Clash Racing" which would have taken place in Crashs mind. That project was then given to Radical instead and became Tag Team Racing.
I’m imagining the Og Tiny beating up Titans Tiny.
Heck yeah, that would be awesome. I could see Original Tiny looking at Tyson Tiger and being angered and horrified and the same going with Tyson Tiger that they fight each other for dominance, with Tiny winning.

They even added Megamix to CTR? LMAO wow
Tetsuya Nomura: *ties Kingdom Hearts games he has been working on together using a mobile game and several other spin offs*

So, Ratchet & Clank AND Crash Bandicoot are doing the multiverse thing both at the same time.
Wondering if its somehow a coincidence, but it seems like it was planned. There's way too much similarities in the two trailers.
If the multiverse theory is true than there is a universe where everybody used rock in rock paper scissors.
It seems Rachet and Clank is doing better so far.
@@kyotanaka920 Fun fact: *Crash bandicoot4: It's About Time, was being done since 2017*

Honestly, I liked Wrath of Cortex
This is must be a chance a remake of this game
I mean there are plenty of games that are worse than the ones from the post naughty dog era.
It shouldn’t get a remake.
The cheese is great though.
Blaque Link (Sigh) 😒
You're super gay
Still begs a rather interesting question you could ask: If 'The Wrath of Cortex' is set in its own parallel world, then could that mean a more Primeverse Crunch could be introduced, based more on the original plans for the game in a 'Take 2-esque' way?
So we're basically getting a timeline like Zelda? That's pretty cool
I feel like the timeline theory works in this sense:
there's the OG timeline (including Crash 4), the Wrath timeline (including GBA games and Tag Team Racing) & the Mojo timeline (with the reboot type of thing)
The whole reason they probably said "not in this universe" was probably just to act hip an cool with it's marketing since Crash will visit the broken time rift and also because again, this game is called Crash 4, but that's just my opinion 👌👍
I'd put the GBA games in their own timeline.
Are the mobile games canon?
5:16 Dang! Multiverse is becoming popular again! Marvel's Spider-Man, DC's The Flash, Marvel's Doctor Strange and now Crash Bandicoot is in the multiverse thing! ;)
Ever since Coco said “three” in the Crash 4 trailer and the fanbase has turned into a warzone.
Probably nothing compared to Star Wars...
So that would also explain Tiny's big difference in Crash of the Titans (of course much more)😮
This is amazing, i couldn't believe they would do all of this. I hope they make us see each multiverse with their own design like crash the Titans with the tatoos etc. I'm excited
Agreed
I hope they make a sort of 'another timeline' bundle with a remake of twinsanity and Woc
Yeah!
Ye
Or make jokes each timeline becuase i be satisfied.
They'd all be different multiverses.
i think they respond by the multiverse logic because there are some fans who for some reason really care about whats canon or if they favorite games are still in the timeline
i think developers only want to make a fourth game because it's simpler to present coming from the insane trilogy
Oh thank god twinsanity still exists
This is our chance to see Twinsanity with cut content remake along Bash and The Wrath Of Cortex
Im not the only one that was sad about twinsanity not being canon, good
I'm honestly hoping we see all of the Titans/mutants from COTT/CMOM because I loved those games when I was younger.
I would love to see some levels in the Mount Grimly and a boss fight with the Hero Grimly
@@JoakoQuesada I loved Mind over Mutant too! :D

But I still can't wait for Crash Bandicoot: It's About Time on PS4 by October 2nd.

Yes but wasn't well done or explored...
Is more... the more explored timeline/universe/future was Rustland with Apo and Megamix
So basically, N. Sane is a reboot and Crash 4 tries to explain what's going on.
That's what I like to believe.
Me too, Crash Twinsanity is my favorite game of the Bandicoot
The way I looked at the timeline was like this:
Crash Bandicoot, Cortex Strikes Back, Warped, and Wrath of Cortex are canon. Possibly Twinsanity as well (didn't play too much since my copy wouldn't work)
CTR, CNK, and CTTR felt more like spin offs of the era of Crash at that time.
What drove me nuts was people assumed that the games after the OG Trilogy are no longer canon just because of this conversation in the trailer:
“How many times have you beaten this clown anyway?”
“3.”
“Really? Only 3? Funny. Feels like more.”
Guys.
You dont say
So it's Crash 1 2 3 4, then the rest of the games next like twinsanity Titan, and a bunch of others too including purple
@@kagemushashien8394 no Titans.
I think that’s a convoluted way of looking at it. It’s clearly just a meta joke at the expense of the post-ND Crash games.
since this game has a multiverse plot i hope each game get's reference in this game.
Nitro Fueled features characters from all the different timelines though. So the game can be considered Earth prime

There's a lot of conjecture in this video. The statement from the devs said the post-Naughty Dog games "MAY" take place in other times, meaning they could very well still take place *after* It's About Time in this very same timeline (basically leaving the door open to Activision remaking/remastering those games, should they choose to). "May" is an important word here; it's the devs not really confirming anything and leaving a door open, but also carefully wording it so they can go back later and say "oh yeah we always meant and confirmed that."
They very well could place post-ND in a separate timeline, but that has not been 100% confirmed.
Twinsanity is cannon? Heck yeah. Where is our remake? XD

Notice how it said “new playable characters”. Not just one but multiple. Are we going to be able to play as all the other crashes? 😲
Jorts...... So basically Jeans and Shorts
Now we need a "Crash into the Crash-verse" game XD
Imagine how cool it would be for there to be multiple Crashes and Cocos. For example Classic Crash meeting Twinsanity Crash or Mind over Mutant Crash.
I swear to god if crunch and nina arent in the game im gonna lose it 😭
Forget timelines and canon.
Are they going to get Kevin Michael Richardson to voice Crunch or Mr. T?
So if Spyro shows up in Crash 4, as was teased in the interview, then will this lead into where the next Spyro game starts? I'm picturing Crash showing up and breaking something that releases a bunch of chaos in Spyro's world. Crash doesn't need to be a big part of Spyro's game (definitely wouldn't want that) but he could be the catalyst. Since Toys for Bob did both, and another Spyro is a give at this point, this seems like an easy way to cross promote and give a tease for the next Spyro game.
Multiple crashes, cocos, cortexes, akus, ukas, n tropies, trashes, crunches, ninas, evil crashes,
evil cocos, bosses, AND FREAKING SPYROS HOLY CRAP
Who argues more over Canon: Star Wars fans or Crash Bandicoot fans?
The reason the old games were special is cuse they were well made flushed out, and had NO DLC MICROTRANSACTIONS OR JUNK just a nice wholesome game
Even if ALL the CB games are now canon I really hope Toys For Bob reintroduces Crunch Bandicoot & Nina Cortex for the Crash N-Sane & IAT timelime.
The end.
Including CTRNF and CNK, Bash, Crash XS, N-tranced and Purple: Ripto's Rampage are all canon
And Boom Bang, somehow.
I just realized, crash and spyro might share the same plane of existence!
With that said, the people who created crash is helping the Spyro fans too, if all Crash games are Canon, with Crash purple, then all the Spyro games are Canon too, we just need to put it in a timeline and with a bunch of other stuff and it will all make sense
@@kagemushashien8394 what if the rynocs GBA trilogy of Spyro is Canon after enter the dragon fly and before a heroes Tales?
I mean they already told us that there will be 100+ level on this game. My goodness 🤯
I see that Crash and Spyro share an interest in saying that "all games are canon, but probably not, tho".
Maybe cortex found another power source that is stronger than the crystals
Cortex attacking other universes would explain why twinsanity had a lot of bugs, due to it being the most "damaged" one, hence is why the evil twin was capable of going through dimensions.
Here is what I think:
The Naughty Dog-esq (counting 4) as the main timeline.
In other words there are three Crash realities:
*Naughty Dog trilogy with It's About Time as a sequel.
*Post Naughty Dog games like The Wrath of Cortex and Twinsanity.
*Crash of Titans and Mind Over Mutant.
What do you think?
I'd add the racing games as their own timeline along with the GBA games being another possible timeline.
Part Two - "3 canons"
So, there is a two canons.
In the third canon - "Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time" scratch off every events of next games after The Original Trilogy, including CTR.
makes sense. going the avengers route. They could turn crash into a female kangaroo and be like "its a different universe"
Mortal Kombat, Final Fantasy VII, and now freaking Crash Bandicoot... Yet another rebooted series taking the "alternate timeline" route in its plot
I can honestly say I had all the crash games growing up but I love the spin of games way more... and twinsanity
I agree
When it says more playable characters, and in the interview they said it’s possible to see a purple dragon, I hope that spyro might be in it
Wait WHAT, where did they say that, show me where you heard it from, because if it's true, the Spyro games are Canon too, ALL of them
@@kagemushashien8394 end of his interview with Yan
I love it.
Alright, if we're dealing with a multiverse, then just for fun: (free feel to disagree)
Original Timeline: Crash 1-3, Crash Team Racing, Wrath of Cortex, Twinsanity, Nitro Kart, Tag Team Racing
GBA Timeline: The Huge Adventure, N-Tranced, Fusion [splits off from Wrath of Cortex]
Titans Timeline: Crash of the Titans, Mind Over Mutant [splits off from Twinsanity]
Bash Timeline: Crash Bash [splits into two timelines: either Aku Aku or Uka Uka wins]
Bang Timeline: Boom Bang!
Mobile 1 Timeline: Nitro Kart 2
Mobile 2 Timeline: Crash Mobile
Skylanders Universe: Imaginators
N-Sane Timeline: N-Sane Trilogy, It's About Time
Nitro Timeline: Nitro-Fuelled [splits off from N-Sane Trilogy]
The only issue I have with the games is character design changing. Especially cocos design. In one game she looks like a 12 year old, while in another games she looks like an early adult (17-19).
The most recent Halloween movies are direct sequels to the original film, while it ignores the rest of the films. That is how I see this game. And I love that.
I always thought every game was Cannon. Gameplay doesn't determine if something is Cannon.
Can't forget about Skylanders now can we? Wait...
Then that means that all the different Spyro's may be canon too!? OOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHH That's Huge!!
+BlueKnight V2.0 I'm hoping that as well, if all Spyro Games are Canon, too, then I would be really happy about that.
Here's a working timeline. Altho bash and ctr can be argued for where they fit in relation to each other. But otherwise so far with all games, a single timeline still works put.
- Crash Bandicoot (1996)
Crash beats cortex above his castle
Cortex falls to the caverns below

- Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 2 (2010)
These are here and have mutants art style i believe and have YaYa but otherwise who cares.
- Crash Nitro Fueled Grand Prix (2019)
Everyone is HERE that hasnt been killed. Theres some timewarp nonsense but otherwise canonically this just kinda fits here.
Well... the Elemental Masks are referenced in Crash 4...
I kinda came back after some people still didn't got the message that every title in the series is canon.
Here's my thought for a Crash Bandicoot story
CRASH BANDICOOT: Worlds Collide
The characters in the Crash Bandicoot franchise, and their worlds (based on the Crash Bandicoot games) across the multiverse, are about to collide.
Two masters of the multiverse (Alternate versions of The Evil Twins from Crash Twinsanity) utilize an powerful inter-dimensional source with the ability to converge universes,
as part of their plan to defeat their creator, and arch-nemesis, an alternate and much more successful version of Dr. Neo Cortex, and his army of super animal mutants,
led by an alternate and villainous version of Crash called, Thrash Bandicoot.
They’re all canon !
