Hey man I saw ur video about the slow fall run. I highly recommend just throwing bunker chunks from the surf on the sound. I’ve been killing it with slot stripers using bunker at night. Good luck man
Hi Brian. Yesterday at the RM Causeway bridge, 1 keeper striper a few keeper blackfish, lots of small sea bass, 3 dogfish and a couple of large spiders. Water temp was around 59. No real action at Democrat Point. Too rough to run to the reef.
@@Bsprecksfishing Yes, a bunch of us on my brother’s boat. Caught outgoing by the bridge, moved west to the Point. Checked conditions at the inlet and then went back east by the CG station. We weren’t marking too much so went back to bridge and nailed the keeper striper just before sundown on clam.
The water is definitely warmer than usual for this time of year, no? I tog from shore around where this was shot and I feel like they’ll hang around until the water gets really cold. Usually by mid nov all I catch are tiny blackfish as the bigger ones moved to deeper water. Doesn’t seem to be the case this year.

Yeah I’ve noticed the tog are sticking around longer, I guess that’s the silver lining for the bass barely showing up
